I recently took my car to Mike's Paint & Body for collision repairs and I couldn't be more impressed. First impression, the shop was remarkably well kept and clean. The staff was more than friendly and welcoming, which I appreciate. They gave me a reasonable time frame to have my car repaired and kept their word. Todd did a great job handling all of my paperwork and working with my insurance company, Ramsey and Joe made my car look new again and Sarah completely detailed my car before I picked it up. Thanks to all of them for such a great job. I'm definitely a satisfied customer and I would recommend Mike's Paint & Body to anyone looking for great, hassle-free repairs or body work!

I would like to tell everyone about the great paint job and exceptional service my car received from Mike's Paint & Body shop located at 548 Progress Lane in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I have a 1996 Pontiac Sunfire that I needed to have my front bumper and both sides of my vehicle fixed and painted due to rocks clips and road damage. In addition to body work and paint job that was identified to be completed, I later realized that my vehicle's front end fog-lights were also replaced without an additional cost to myself. I was personally very surprised and was so grateful for the kindness and top service I received from Mike's Paint & Body shop. Their work was professionally done and they completed the overall job in a timely manner. I am very happy with the service that they preformed and their cost for their service was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with all of their service and I would highly recommend their service to any vehicle that is in need of very good body work and paint service within the Virginia Beach area. Was told that my Ram 3500 dually would take 2 weeks and was happy when Vicky called day 9 and said my truck was done. The metallic paint is hard to match and they made it perfect. Hope I never have to use them again but will highly recommend for you to take your vehicle to them.

Mikes Paint and Body was one of the approved vendors by my auto insurance carrier to have work done after someone hit my car. The facility is very clean, the staff extremely professional and I was kept informed of changes to the initial estimate via text. It took a little longer than promised to get my car back but that was only due to the manager not liking how the paint job turned out and having it re-done. I am very happy with the results and would use them again along with referring the business to friends and family.

This body shop is amazing! This is the third time my husband and I have used them. Our vehicles have been repaired on time, the workmanship is amazing, nothing is left undone. Vicky was spot on when she gave us the estimate and kept us informed along the way of the repair all the way to pick up. She worked with the insurance company so we didn't have to be involved with the back and forth of that. From start to finish, this body shop is the best in the business. And the most important part, aside from their amazing customer service and excellent staff, is my vehicle looks brand new. Unless you run the title, you cannot tell it has been involved in an accident. THANK YOU MIKE'S BODY SHOP!! Recently my car was damaged while I was driving on 264 east when another car passed me and slung road debris up and cracked the bumper of my brand-new 2025 Range Rover Velar. After a few days I took it to Mike’s Paint and Body on Progress Lane in Virginia Beach, which I used for a previous accident with a whole different vehicle and was absolutely pleased with that outcome. I knew that taking my vehicle to Mike's, Vicki and her team were going to take care of me and get my brand-new vehicle back to new. I filed the claim through Progressive, my insurance company, and needless to say, I spoke with Vicki from Mike’s the whole time, and each time she was genuinely caring and wanted to do right by me, the customer; and the assigned Progressive personnel were absolutely “ZERO” help throughout this whole process. If Vicki did not have to fight with the insurance adjuster the whole time, she and her team would have only taken a week instead of six weeks. I finally got my car back, and I knew it was going to be 100% right after all my conversations with Vicki; there was no doubt. If you are ever unfortunate enough to need a repair, there are countless places to use, but I promise you they will not be as caring, professional, and accurate as Mike's Paint and Body. Vicki and her team are top-notch, and you will have "ZERO" worries!

Mike's came highly recommended by State Farm. I'm super happy that I chose them... Extensive right from damage which involved replacing the right front fender, front bumper, right front rim and strut assembly... Was promised the vehicle in three weeks, which I thought was ok with the current parts situation nationwide... Well, I got a call today A WEEK EARLY and was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. My first contact was a super nice lady named Vicki when I stopped to sign the papers when the car was dropped off. I had several occasions to speak to Vicki while the car was in the shop and she was super helpful and pleasant... Today when I went to pick up my vehicle, Vicki went over the estimate with me and even walked out to the car to ask if I had any questions... I had some minor work that needed doing along with a few more major bits of damage that required substantial amounts of parts and labor - particularly painting. Everything from the customer service to the work done was exceptional. My car looked practically brand new when Mike's was done with it. They did not stiff me on the cost of parts and I thought the labor rates here in 2024 were perfectly fair. They even detailed my car inside-and-out which no other repair shop has done for me in the past with my previous cars. It took a little over a week between when I received my estimate, paid roughly half of that estimate as a down payment, and was able to drop off my car for repairs. But, once I was able to drop my car off it only took them three days to complete the repairs. So a bit longer of an upfront wait than I am accustomed to for repair work of this kind. But what counts is the customer service, price paid, and end results right? And that was all definitely worthy of five stars. I would happily recommend Mike's to anyone in VB in need of painting or body work.

I dropped off my Hyndai Tuscon hybrid for repair after some mishaps and when I returned home from a trip a "brand new" Tuscon was in my garage. Mike's Body shop did an amazing job for me. It was the best bodywork on a car I had ever seen. Actually it looked better than when I picked up the car new from the dealer. I interacted with only the receptionist and the appraiser; both of them were courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Mike's Body Shop at Virginia Beach. I also like the fact that Mike's Body Shop is a small locally owned business and not some faceless big company. Oh, they guarantee their work for as long as I own the car.
