Would give 0 if I could. I showed up for a scheduled 5:30pm appointment for an oil change. I was immediately told by James "can't fit you in". I told him I habe an appointment to which he responded "you didnt set it with me". No, I set it with whomever answered the phone. He said "oh well, that's the call center". Then just stared with his didnt care attitude. I asked well, why wasn't I called sp I didn't have to take off work. He replied "I didn't notice your appointment." I asked for the manager amd he told me Mason but said he wasn't around. Im currently sitting in the parking lot and they just pulled the last car put the bay. All guys just standing around and they dont close until 7pm. Worst customer service I habe ever experienced. I've always come here. We've got all 4 of pur vehicles new sets of tires here and always come for maintenance.

I came here on 6/06 and asked to get my front right tire looked due to a slow leak and also relearn my vehicles tire sensors. We paid $20 to get a new sensor (didn’t need it, only needed the tires to be relearned) and we thought my front right tire was looked at. Well on 6/7 I came back because the tire was still having a slow leak. The only employee there asked me to leave the car, even though the shop was empty. While I was standing in front of him, he told a coworker on the phone he couldn’t work because of suspected tennis elbow and said it was slow anyway. I told him I’d go elsewhere, and he didn’t care. I went to Napa BP instead—they found a large piece of metal in the tire and fixed it in under 10 minutes. I won’t be returning here. Here is the picture of the metal by the way. Came in to get two valve stems replaced, subsequently found some issues with the car, from the previous owner, that they were not able to fix but gave a recommendation for a place to have it fixed. Great customer service! They showed me exactly what was wrong and went above and beyond to help me.

I dropped off my car on Saturday (11/22) at approximately 1pm to get a full set of tires. I could tell they were a bit busy, but I was told by the attendant that the work would be completed by the end of the day. Around 5:30 pm, I received a call stating that my car was up on the lift and that the work would not be completed until Monday. I had made plans for Sunday that I expected to drive my car to, which I had to change on short notice. Had I known in advance that the service may not be completed by the end of the day, I would have made alternate arrangements to either come back another day or go to a different location. The attendant initially said I would be eligible for a $60 refund, which isn't much given this was a $700 service I just paid for including an alignment. When I arrived on Monday to pick up my car, I was told that the refund would have to apply to my next visit due to the discounts that had already been applied to my original purchase. This is in addition to having to call a Lyft in order to get myself to work on Monday. Fortunately, I do not work far from home, but if I did this could've been an even larger out of pocket expense. On top of all of that, I noticed after I returned home that the valve cap on one of my tires was missing. After this experience, I will not be visiting this location again.

Literally never had a good experience with this place, when you call to book an oil change, the call center rep (why a tire shop needs a call center to book their appointments is beyond me but anyway) will tell you it's $49.99, but when you arrive and check the car in, they will tell you it's actually $120 to change the oil in a 2020 Honda civic and that "corporate has been giving wrong information", If you call and try to cancel it, by some miracle your car will already be mid oil change even though it's been literally 10 minutes since you dropped it off. Definitely don't get your car inspected at any of them either. Go to Firestone

The oil change price was outrageous! I was quoted $49.99 when I scheduled the appointment, but it ended up being $150. It was supposed to come with a "complimentary " tire rotation. My tires definitely were NOT rotated. I know because I have a nail in my front, driver side tire and it was still on the front, driver side when I got my vehicle after service. I didn't notice it at first because the nail side was down but when I came home, there it was.

Customer service was good, pricing was average. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to get her tire checked for a slow leak and to have a tire on hand in case it couldn’t be patched. She went to her appointment, they checked the tire, but didn’t have a replacement on hand, so she had to go back the next day after school and Tire Choice replaced 2 rear tires on the Tesla for $850ish. 4 stars because they took an extra day of our time. Everything else was great.

Went to Walmart to have tire patched and it started to leak! I’m from out of town and Tire Choice was open on Sunday and were able to get me right on in and explained to me the difference between patch and plug as well as brought to my attention via a complimentary courtesy inspection of which was very thorough with pictures and all! Thank you Rebecca and Team for getting me safely back on the road! People that leave bad reviews do not value awesome customer service 💝

I made an appointment by calling the main customer service number on the website. I was offered times from 0730 - 1900. I chose 0730. When I showed up for my appointment, I was informed that technicians do not come in until 0800. If this is the case, then Why would an appointment time of 0730 be offered. It was a little annoying having to wait the additional time. The office manager at the store was great, she provided updates as to the status of my vehicle promptly.

If you’re looking for a good tire shop, I’d definitely recommend this shop. Hands down one of the best shops I’ve been to for great customer service and good communication. The lobby is clean and quiet which makes waiting peaceful. The service is relatively quick. Shout out to Rebeca and the staff they’re awesome!

25 Feb 2026 - Another first class service provided by a highly professional and compassionate team! They did a few items to help maintain the operational performance of my elderly Mom’s 2012 Mercedes Benz GLK 350 focusing specifically on the engine air filter, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, cabin air filter replacement as well as rear brake pads, sensors, and rotors. Furthermore, they were kind enough to do a quick check on any items that might need to be fixed or replaced in preparation for a renewal of the vehicle’s state inspection sticker. Again, great work at extremely competitive prices from a great company! They have provided great value in saving my Mom time, money, and heartache in helping maintain her vehicle! Keep up the great work! 10 Feb 2026 - This is a first class service center that was able to find and coordinate the replacement of two front tires for my elderly mother’s vehicle at a great price. Furthermore, they were kind enough to fix the alignment of the lower beam light by snapping it back into place when it became loose from its fitting. Next, they worked around my elderly mother’s schedule and budget to ensure that other additional repairs were coordinated ahead of time into bite size manageable visits. Finally, they did a superb job working around my elderly mother’s schedule due to medical appointments and other personal items that popped up unexpectedly. Their patience and professionalism has been impressive these past three months as they worked to fix a long list of mechanical issues that needed to be addressed in order to ensure my elderly mother is safe on the road. Again, great work by a competitively priced and compassionate company!
