Less than 30 minutes in the shop waiting for a state inspection and I knew I’d recommend Cavalier to my daughter who just moved into the area. Friendly and courteous to customers and respectful to their employees. Multiple repeat customers getting inspections too. Another positive sign were the two classic 60s Mustangs in lot waiting for service.

I have been going there for the last 40+ years. They have done everything from inspecting all of my vehicles to replacing my front suspension on my truck! I will never go anywhere else. Jody has always been 150% honest and helpful to me and my family. You can trust them to tell you the truth and not do anything that you do not need! Thank goodness people like them are still around !

One of the best car repairs we've had. From the quality of work to the honesty and and integrity of employees. Just moved here from out of state. This place came highly recommended by my car buddies in Virginia Beach. I came in and immediately felt welcomed. Jody at the front desk listened to my car troubles, talked me through the likely causes and had me in the next day to get it on the lift and confirm our suspicions. Was getting the run around from every Golf Cart service shop in the area until I called Monk America of Virginia Beach and they referred me to Cavalier Garage, and so glad they did. Jody was very friendly and said his schedule was very full but to bring it in and he would fit it in. I dropped it off thinking it would be a few days but Jody and his Tech got it finished way before I expected which was awesome. His Tech was very knowledgeable and actually saved me from using a part I ordered that I didn't need and preformed the job above my expectations. If you need and work done on your golf cart and you live in the Virginia Beach Area Cavalier Garage is the place to go Jody and his team are top notch!!!

This is a unique garage with a lotta soul. Run by men native to the area, this is a mom and pop garage that KNOWS THEIR STUFF. They will explain to you what needs to be done and give you a fair and reasonable price for the work. Jodi is the second generation owner (been in business since 1953) and the inside is full of a lifetime of memories. They've got couches, a pot of coffee and toys for kiddos. I recommend if you would like a personal touch with a local business where you're not going to be treated like a number to go to Cavalier Garage. You're going to get taken care of.

For over 10+ years and 6 of our personal vehicles plus numerous friends, this is the only place I go and fully trust. Jody and Lisa are the owners and have always done everything to take care of us. We had older cars that hit a few problems, and they got us in faster than over places. They fixed our vehicles at reasonable cost and have always been the most kind patient and understanding people I have met. I enjoy taking my vehicle there, and if I need to wait, instead of dropping it off, enjoy hanging out. Jody and Lisa have always had big smiles and kind words to say and big hearts. For those that don't know, Jody not only runs his shop but would drive for Shriners and give so much back to those who were going through so much. I know this as that is how I came to his shop as he came as a recommendation from a family whom he drove to the Sheiners hospital many times over the years. With such a big heart as that, I knew that is who I wanted to give a chance to. If you are looking for honesty and good workmanship, this is where you should go.

I read reviews, Cavalier had awesome reviews. Jody is extremely nice very helpful and explanatory, had the transmission serviced and I'm very pleased ! I had a question on another repair shop in another town for another issue and Jody took the time to explain to me and ease my mind. I would recommend him to anyone, Scott the technician that worked on my vehicle is also extremely nice and explanatory, I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Highly recommended Cavalier Garage! Dropped off my F-150 to get a 4WD actuator installed and they did an amazing job. Based on work done by other shops in the area, I was expecting to have my truck in the shop for a couple of days, I was shocked when Jody called me a bit before noon to tell me my track was ready for pick-up.
