Excellent service, however they replaced my 2023 Honda Civics Headlight assembly. It is an all in 1 unit. Since the appointment only the headlight assembly they replaced has had issues. Sometimes it ceases to function. I made a follow up appointment and the tech fixed it within 1 minute an unplug and replug. I filled out a corporate contact us form for this facility requesting another followup since the blinker brow light has ceased to stop working and the only solution to this is get a new headlight assembly, and the headlight assembly in question is the one they replaced 9 months ago. They have not answered or attempted to call me about the issue.

Don’t choose caliber. Go with another shop. This one took 60+ days to repair my vehicle just for it to pass “quality control” with a broken/missing bolt and broken undercarriage. I regret going with Caliber. I understand it may be a 'preferred shop' from the insurance provider but that is solely because they cut corners which leaves your vehicle safety at risk. I regret going with Caliber.

My vehicle was transferred to Caliber Collision’s Lynnhaven location after initial being looked at their Azalea Garden Rd. shop. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing due to **incomplete repairs, unprofessional service, and unresolved issues**: 1. **Unfinished Work:** - The **driver’s side taillight** was never fixed, despite being told twice it would be covered. - **Passenger-side bumper and fender** were misaligned. When I pointed this out, the service writer responded, *“Do you really want that fixed?”* 2. **Leftover Parts & Safety Concerns:** - Found a **foam piece labeled “R”** inside the car (likely a forgotten bumper component). - The **front distance sensor bracket** was installed incorrectly, causing my adaptive cruise control to malfunction until I fixed it myself. 3. **Dismissive Attitude:** - Staff blamed insurance for uncovered repairs but failed to clarify upfront. - Critical issues (sensors, alignment) were overlooked, and I was told to “bring it back later” for corrections. - Pointed out alignment issue with panels, employee aske if i really wanted it fixed **Conclusion:** Poor craftsmanship and lack of accountability. I do not recommend this location unless you’re prepared to double-check their work and advocate relentlessly for basic repairs. ** replied back to email, Still nothing! ***2 weeks later still no reply and still finding issues with car.** unpainted body parts

Special shoutout to Bryce for updating me frequently on where my vehicle was at, and for helping me take out & install my baby’s car seat. He went above and beyond and deserves employee of the YEAR! I used to sell cars, and I’ve dealt with many vehicle repair shops. Caliber collision stood out from the beginning to end, with nice front desk staff, fast service, and basically leaving you with nothing to do except sign paper work.
