My family and I have been coming to this shop for over 10 years and I will continue to bring my vehicles to these wonderful people. This is the only shop I trust with my truck. They have helped me again and again and in some cases only charged me under 100$ to check some things out. In my situation, whenever you don't have to pay over $100 going to the auto shop, that's a huge help. They don't shove recommendations at you like dealerships do, they don't try and get you to do more work on it than you asked for, and they've even given me suggestions s to do things on my own that would keep it out of their shop longer. I'll be a Japanese Auto Masters customer for life.

I had an evaporation code pop up in my Lexus LS 430 took it to Japanese auto Masters in Virginia Beach of Holland Road. The front desk, lady and David, who was the technician servicing my vehicle were so nice, absolutely 200 out of 100 customer service. They diagnosed my car, tested and fixed it within a very, very, very reasonable price! They weren’t trying to add on charges or anything just wanted to get me back on the road reliably. I’m relatively new to the area and I will be taking my car here from now on. Very happy with them!! 20 out of 10 do suggest!

Being as I'm a retired master technician, I'm very skeptical of repair shops but J A M has my loyalty now. They didn't try to upsale me any services but let me know exactly what I needed to fix said issue. The app they use for repair orders is so quick and easy. They do charge a premium fee but I believe you get what you pay for. If I dropped my cinnamon roll on the floor, I would pick it up and eat it, the shop is that clean.

I was getting scammed for my car 2011 Toyota Highlander, I was told so many different things were wrong with my car and was unable to drive it for months Japanese motors did a diagnostic test told me what was wrong I did my research on my end about cost and everything matched. My car was fixed within a week and runs beautifully Kyle was awesome and his customer service was great. My only complaint would be the lady that sits in the front her customer service was very poor. I had an issue with the payment because I didn’t have the full payment at first, so I asked if I could pay on a later date which Japanese motor is approved, but after a certain date, they would charge me to hold my car when I called to get more information, she questioned me about when I was picking up my car like she owed the space it was in and it was an issue. But other than that I highly recommend.

From first contacting Japanese Auto Masters to picking up my car, they were very open and transparent with me over the phone, and never once did I feel pressured to having more done than I went in for. They gave me a list (with prices, which all seemed very reasonable) of work that needed doing soon, and some of that will have to wait - but I am going back to them as often as I can. A very pleasant experience and very helpful and kind people work there, which means a lot!
