Been going to Firestone for well over a decade. Last several visits have been much less than desirable. Most recent experience was the worst. 8 am appointment for oil change tire rotation, repair/secure engine shield underneath and alignment told vehicle would be ready by 4…. Got the vehicle back at 530 only to a mile away when smoke start’s poring from under the hood. Turned around and took it back. Had to wait another to find out the the oil filter wasn’t installed correctly resulting in oil spraying all through the engine compartment and subsequently took another day for another oil change and to get the engine compartment cleaned. Left again only to find out the engine shield still was not secured and was dragging the road….

i was dismayed when i had an appt on tuesday july 15th at 11am arrived early and asked the store manager if he can to take my car in early i'd appreciate. i had purchased 4 new tires as i had a flat . .i had been driving around w/o a spare. at 12:50 i called to say i was returning (as i had gone back to work ). I couldn't believe he said the car hadn't been taken in That one of the Tech's (due in at 9am) hadn't shown. Hello why wasn't that disclosed to me when i arrived at 10:15am and i was there for at least 20 minutes. This infuriated us. HIs answer was to say he would refund me my money. this only put fuel on the fire. Again i'm riding around w/o a spare, invested my time and resources. Of course that would have allowed him to wash his hands and leave a customer out in the cold. This is not acceptable business practice. the Service Manage took care of me and got me in thursday and kept me informed on the day to assure all would go ahead as planned. i commend Steve

I bought my Firestone Destination LE tires in a set of 5 (full size spare for this guy!) and kept careful check on the alignment, tire pressure and rotation intervals to get every mile out of them I could. Then last week I got two nails in the right rear that this location fixed easily enough, fast service, fair price and I'm back on the road! Then the air pressure indicator on the dashboard showed the same tire down a week later. Took it back and there was a NEW nail in the tread too close to the sidewall, so it can't be fixed. #Bummer! They sold me one new tire, put the spare on and took the undamaged left tire and put it up as the spare pretty quickly. Then the technician checked the torque on all the lug nuts and made sure all 4 tires were able to communicate with the air-pressure monitoring system. The final two were nice touches and are the mark of a complete, professional job done well by a technician that takes pride in a job well-done.

Great service! I was getting new tires installed up the street when the shop informed me they were unable to do an alignment. I called Firestone and they got me in immediately AND figured out an issue that no other shop could find. I called about 7:40 AM to schedule some work for Friday December 1st. I guess the women that I talked said she was supposed to send a link so I could agree to my appointment for Friday, well it's 11:40 AM and still no email, I even checked my spam folder. These people wonder why prophet upset with them? You bring in your car expecting it to be fixed and they push you away, where do you go to fix your car at the last minute? People like this who don't want to work should be Fired and have someone else who wants to do work etc. It just gives the company a bad name, that's why I had to post this so people know even Firestone Management.

$331 for a spark plug change for a regular car with only 4 spark plugs, nonetheless I can’t have the parts I bought from a different store for a deal be used here rather than theirs. Yeah, keep the spark plug “buddy” horrible attitude customer service on the phone.

I’m furious, the guys who did an alignment on my infinity this past Saturday couldn’t run an ants go cart 2 laps around a cheerio. I paid for a mount, balance, and alignment with my new supplied tires. What I was in for, was a 6.5 hour wait. But it gets much better let me explain further, in greater detail. My car wasn’t even pulled into the garage for 1 hour after my appointment began. The young guy they had working on my car. Must have spent half his time playing on his phone. Every time I walked buy and caught him. He’d go back to work. So they’re finally done in 4 hours with the initial work. Well, the steering wheel was cocked to the right significantly when I drove it off the lot. I brought it back, they took another stab. Now it’s cocked to the left, another stab, even worse to the right. 4 tries to get an alignment correct. By some freak accident it was finally centered after it being on the rack an additional 2 hours. I was told “at a certain point, it’s not us” the imperfections in the way the tires are molded are causing this. “We can’t determine what’s wrong but it’s not us.” Granted they thought I was an idiot and don’t know I build car and truck motors and side projects in my spare time. Clearly tie rod adjustment is something they can’t quite grasp. To top things off, I went to check all the lugs when I got home. 3 lugs were about to fall off. At least 8-10 lugs were glued on with an impact, so bad, the threads squeaked like they’d been stretched. The others just barely tight. So much for a torq wrench, right guys? I expect replacement studs if any are damaged the next time I have to take the wheels off and back on my car. I plan to talk to district management within the next few days. This has me questioning every aspect of the very simple task they were assigned. Is anything else tight if you can’t tighten my lug nuts? Are my wheels actually balanced? The car seems ok right now. But this was despicable customer service honestly. I plan on the 1 year alignment warranty, and I believe you will make this right should any problems arise in the future with my car.

Chad has amazing custom services. He is very timely and have patient to all the question one might have. I have seen him interact with many of customers and we all sit and talk about how amazing he is. Its strange because its like his store is overlooked when it comes to remolding. The floors need changed. The chairs sit to low. I am an older women and I have a hard time getting up and down. The restroom need a makeover. However, because of Chad great customer services I continue my jeep services here and share with others about this location. Oh, the new guy name Xavier is great too.

It can be difficult to find a shop that doesn’t treat me like a “dumb woman” or try to take advantage of the fact that I might not know a ton about cars- but this shop makes me SO comfortable and confident! Steve is always so polite and communicates with me and my dad about my car. They have seen me through two cars and have saved me money every chance they get. They are always honest about what my car needs and doesn’t need. I’ll take my car to other shops that try to tell me I need this that and the other but when I take my car to this Firestone they end up telling me I don’t need as much or give me options. The price here is also always right. They are constantly running deals, or will try to find coupons for you before buying. After the 3rd time of this place saving my butt from other shops trying to charge me thousands of dollars I have decided I’ll never go any place else ever again!! It feels good to know that I have shop I can trust not to do me dirty and that I can regularly go to. THANK YOU!!!
