Work conducted was fine but inside trim for window was not seated properly, interior was absolutely covered with dust (floor to rooftop) and trash was thrown into the bed of the truck. Vehicle was not treated with respect and was just pushed through the damage repair process. I have an almost 2 year old and can’t even let her in the vehicle because dust is everywhere. Now I have to take time off work to return the vehicle to have corrective measures taken after they had it for more than a month.

I was in an accident in April 2025. I worked with Caliber through the other driver's insurance. When it comes to repairs paid for by insurance they will want to use the cheapest parts possible. Which means there may be fitment issues or issues with quality of parts etc. When the repairs were completed there were issues with the quality of parts as well as how they all fit together with the stock parts. My truck was only 3 years old at the time with no other issues. So it was concerning that it no longer looked the way it did prior to the accident (which is somewhat unreasonable to think) but also "good as new" was what I was told would be the outcome. After calling the insurance company (Liberty) they would not take any responsibility for the repairs and put it on Caliber to make it right. There is a lot of nuance in my particular situation. Issues with parts not fitting mixed with a slew of small repair issues I had to bring my truck back to Caliber for more repairs. Nate was incredibly accountable for the issues. He not only honored their lifetime warranty on repairs but he also went above the insurance's aftermarket parts and replaced all of the ill- fitting aftermarket parts with OEM parts so that there wouldn't be any future issues. This not only speaks to the customer service but also the pride of the craftsmanship. Were there issues? Yes. Was it a hassle? Absolutely. But ultimately my truck now looks as it did prior to the accident and Caliber made the best of the situation and went out of their way to make it right.

Really great customer service. However, the repairs took 6 and a half weeks to complete... Don’t go here if you need your car back this month! edit: It gets worse! After picking up my car I got on the highway the skid plate fell off and got destroyed. additional edit: They responded below to email them so they could make it right — I emailed immediately and got no response, it has been weeks now. the saga continues: The new skid plate came in but after waiting for them to replace it they let me know it was the wrong part and I will need to come back again once they get the right one. Will this repair ever end? Stay tuned…

I'll update this should anything change. Overall, very satisfied! Only minor issue I had is the amount of paint and dust particles left behind in the engine bay and cabin. I didn't realize how much there was at first. I'll be paying for a detail or doing it myself should time allow to vacuum and wipe everything down. Also changing out the cabin and engine air filters. Other than that, top notch repair work, the shop went above and beyond for me with an undisclosed agreement and kept in constant communication. Last piece of advice, be patient, it does take a while but this has been the best workmanship I have seen (haven't fully inspected it closely but on the surface, amazing paint blending and alignment of the panels. Good job

Outstanding experience with Caliber on a recent repair after my son’s vehicle was rear-ended. Communication was top-notch; I was kept apprised from start to finish without having to “pull” information—they provided regular, scheduled updates. Not something I can say I’ve *ever* experienced with other body shops!! Working with Ms. Kelly was a great experience all the way around. Paint quality and finish are outstanding. Trim was delicately handled, and even an aftermarket (and now obsolete) aftermarket spoiler was repaired properly, in-house, and refinished to spec just as it was pre-accident. Matching/blending are fantastic — like it never even happened!! None of this is easy on a vehicle from 2007, but they cracked the code. Well done!! I felt that they valued my time, they honored our agreement, and provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in the Hampton Roads area. This was so good, no kidding, I have a few custom projects of my own in play that I’ll be trusting to Caliber for paint work in the future — we’ll be back!! Absolutely would recommend.

My experience with Caliber Collision was overall positive. I was rear-ended on vacation in a brand new Lexus NX hybrid. This Calliber Team went out of their way on a Sunday to help me coordinate shipping my car post-repairs from Virginia to Pennsylvania. Evie Dunn did a fantastic job communicating the repairs and walking me through the process. The repairs ended up being around $24k and taking around 3 months. My only complaint is that the repairs took about a month longer than initially estimated, which caused me to keep extending my rental car. I believe the delay was due to unexpected repairs and issues outsourcing places to do work. Overall, I'm glad they took the time they needed, as I can't tell that the car was in an accident.
