I bought 2 tires then went back the next week to get one more and was told the price had gone up 13 dollars and to get the original price i had to order the tire at the register and wait 5 days to get it. The manager said to go ahead and give it to me at the original price but the guy at the register couldn't add and figure out the price eventhough i had my reciept from the week before. The price just kept going up. I just left and went somewhere else. I no longer trust nimo parkway's automotive dept.

On 30 August 2023, I tried to turn in a battery for recycling. I asked if I could just drop it off but was asked to wait. After about 15 minutes, I was told the battery couldn't be taken because there was no receipt. The battery was 5-6 years old so, of course I didn't have it. It was an EverStart marine battery sold exclusively by Walmart (I purchased it at this very store). Simply rediculous.

Already a bad experience with customer service haven’t even gone in yet. These 3 stars are for AARON he should be the manager. Enrigay is cold detached apathetic with poor leadership. Please consider switching them…

My wife ordered tires online. For some reason only 3 of the four were shipped to the store. The service manager made a very gracious offer and provided her with tires of a better value for the same price. Excellent customer service and pure professionalism. Very happy with them,

Brought my 2008 Hyundai Sonata here for a regular oil change, car was checked in at 5:56 pm and done in 20 min at 6:16 pm which seemed weird. Paid for the oil change and the cashier says the tech suggests an alignment soon but the car is fine. Manager Anthony speaks up and says “you may need a brake flush bc when the guy was driving it the brakes weren’t working properly” my brakes were perfectly fine when I got to the facility and when I was here last time in august. When I went to drive the car out of the parking lot the brakes were completely gone and I almost ran up on the curb trying to stop. And the brake light is on. Anthony argued with me that the techs didn’t touch the brakes and of course coincidentally the tech who worked on the car was sent home right before I came to pick it up. Now I have to have the vehicle towed to another place to have it fixed even though it was fine when it got there.. I’d been coming here for 3 yes for my oil changes but I will NEVER come back after this!!!

Been to several Walmart auto centers in the East Coast as I moved a lot and Walmart usually has the best price. This location is by far the BEST I've been to. Anthony (manager) and his entire crew were super friendly, and Anthony took time to explain all my questions in detail with professionalism. I changed 2 tires here. Made an appt for 9am and out by 9:45! I will definitely bring my future businesses here. Thank you, Anthony and the team!!

We just moved here from Idaho and have used the Walmart Auto center many times for different things. Stephen (he has a good name) helped me with a last minute auto question and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. He immediately helped me with my issues, gave me advice I needed for a separate topic, and was super customer service oriented. We will be returning to do more business here thanks to Stephen.

oil was leaking after the oil change . Took car to another service center and they said the oil plug was missing. The engine could have ceased if I had driven unaware. Walmart initially tried to argue there was no fault at their end but finally accepted and agreed for a refund.

I called on a Sunday and made an appointment to have one tire replaced. The customer service person, called me back to confirm my appointment because the computer didn’t save the appointment. He said if there was any issues, to tell them I had an appointment. When I went in on Tuesday and waited 15 mins at the desk until I was helped. I told them I had an appointment and was told to pull my car up. I pulled up and the customer service man asked what my name was. He said he didn’t have me down for an appointment and he had scheduled someone else on my time on Monday. He didn’t apologize or offer a solution. I told him to contact the person who booked my appointment and he did. He said he didn’t inform them that he had computer issues and my appointment didn’t save. He couldn’t help me because he wasn’t management and I could wait to talk to the manager. He treated me like I made the mistake and didn’t attempt to correct the issue. I think because I am a woman, he treated me like I was the problem. I left and will never use them for any auto services. I went to Discount Tires off Dam Neck and was greeted politely and treated kindly. Don’t go here.

I went in to get my front passenger tire changed. They told me they were unable to get the “caps” off and in order to get them off they would have to break them and i could purchase new ones. He called them caps because he assumed i wouldnt understand what he was talking about, they are called lug nuts. It isnt true that he had to break the lug nuts in order to get the tire off because i had recently gone to a different tire place to get that same tire replaced and they were able to get it off. He also told me that the front driver side tire had no tread on it at all and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. The tire had plenty of tread and wasnt even bad compared to the tire right behind it. After receiving the car after the tire was “fixed” it made this strange noise which i have never heard before. I got it home and told my dad who knows about cars, he has been working on cars and learning about them since he was a teenager. My dad then told me that it might be because i have one new tire and one older tire, so a week later he takes it up to the same exact shop and gets it switched to a new one. Low and behold the noise does not stop. A couple days after getting that new tire put on it starts to pull back when im driving as if it is having trouble changing gears. There is nothing popping up saying there is anything wrong with the car. It continued to get completely worse overtime. Making very concerning noises and doing very concerning things, but that is my only place of transportation. It is my car. My dad thought maybe it could be the transmission oil, so he changed it. That didnt work. The day after he changed the oil, as i was stopping at a red light a warning came up on my car saying “transmission fault. Service now” and the car would not go anywhere. I was panicking and called my dad to come help me. He got it to work barely and drove it home. I told my dad that i fully believe this place where i went to get my tire changed fully messed up my car. There is no other explanation on why it would be acting up as soon as i received my car after having the tire fixed. My dad didn’t fully believe that. Today he took his truck to get his 2 FRONT tires changed. They changed the two back ones. Which are the tires he did NOT want changed because they werent the ones causing the issue. He got the car home and had to switch them all himself. Not only did they mess up and change the wrong tires, they put the weights on the outside of the tire when they belong on the inside. When i got home from work and went to get in his truck so i can drive it because now i have no car, i heard a hissing sound. It was coming from his back driver side tire, which is the one that they put on and messed with. I get a closer look and the part where you put air in it is barely hanging on. It was almost 6pm and tire shops typically close at that time. Thankfully we were able to find someone to do it because it couldve ended badly. Please please do not waste your money here. You will have to pay more for other things because they will definitely mess it up.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Noticed some spots under my driveway a few days later. Turns out the oil filter is leaking. Won't be back...

I wish I can give a negative star review. We went to their auto center to get my tires installed. Service manager, started talking to us with an attitude. No greetings, not even a smile. I know your job isnt easy. I understand that sometimes its hard to install some tires depending on what they are, but really, I would rather take an answer saying “ sorry we cant do this because these type of tires are hard to install” instead of giving us an attitude every time we asked you a question and giving us an attitude just because you’re having a hard time installing our tires.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! By far worst experience I've had ever. First brought in my Tahoe and checked in with the guy outside, after already making an appointment, and then sat waiting for well over an hour. After following up with the guy at the desk, they acted like they knew nothing about me. Then, when they finally brought my truck into the bay, they changed the wrong tires! After swapping them out finally I went on my way home, mad I spent that much money on horrible service. I get home and notice 2 of my hubcaps are gone and the caps to my tire stems. Now, quite some time later after bringing my Tahoe to my mechanic, we came to the realization that they never reprogrammed my TPMS so everything was off. Never will I ever go back there. HORRIBLE!

Ordered tires for my Tesla through Walmart and because they offer a discounted install price, choice was simple. As soon as I pulled up.. the manager asked if I had the jack pads for the Tesla and he seemed disappointed that I did. I was also returning tires and said I had to bring them In myself! He had an attitude from the jump. After an hour and half I asked how much longer and he had an attitude that he had to work hard to get the tires on. I get we all have bad days, but don’t take it out on the customer. I was 2 minutes away from wanting to talk to the head manager.

Great hel9 to check my battery and they have the lowest prices. I went to 3 different auto parts places before wakmart auto, and they held the tester button down so it saud made battery was bad. I had to tell them, it will work better if you didn't hold the button down bi got an "oh". Walmart auto didn't try to cheat me.

Total scam. I bought a tire from walmart and had this walmart automotive install the tire. A couple months later, the valve stem broke and after being left of the side of the road with a flat tire, I needed my new tire repaired. I took my truck back ti walmart and explained what happened and the tech said no problem it's covered under warranty. I came back to pick up my truck after new tire was installed and they tried to charge me $212 for a tire that the said 2 hours earlier would be free. The guy told me I couldn't get my truck back until I paid them, but was able to discount the price of the new tire by $63. Still unacceptable but I paid it just to get my truck back because I was literally being held ransom of not having a vehicle if I didn't pay them for the tire. So I paid them and disputed the charges with walmart corporate. Walmart corpate said I would receive a full refund for $143 but after a week, the manager of the walmart called and offered $22 out of $143 refund. Unacceptable. I filed a dispute claim with my credit card and if that doesn't work I will take this to small claims court, but either way I will never be using walmart automotive again and would suggest that anyone reading this do the same. A WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS IF IT ISNT HONORED. Just 0/10 miserable experience.

i went for two front tire installations .An hour after handing my keys over ,my car hadn’t even been pulled into a bay. i can honestly say i’ve never seen such slow workers. if you value your time like i do , take your bussiness elsewhere. these guys either don’t know what they are doing or they don’t care.

Had an oil change done here I believed the tech was a guy named Ryan. My low oil came on. I checked the oil and it was only 1 bar on it. After checking the engine bay, it appears he dumped half of it unto my cross member. Get a better tech Someone that spends less time socializing and does good work. Never again...

Took my full size truck in to have tires put on. They said an hour. 30 minutes into it, a guy walks in and tells me one of my lug nuts is stripped. !!!!!! He just stands there and looks at me like I wasted his time by bringing it in like that!!!! I'd give negative stars if possible. I even had to ask them to replace the lug they stripped!!! took 2 hours !!!! and no discount. Never going there again. lazy workers and management
