I have been taking my (3) vehicles to Protime Automotive for a few years now, ever since I left my previous service location due to the poor customer service. I am very pleased to say that Protime has always gone above and beyond what I would consider to be good customer service. They always greet me with a smile, they are always on time and they always do a great job. I fully trust their recommendations for service and appreciate that they do not try to pressure me into doing things that are not needed. I am a Protime customer for life!

Had timing belt replaced on Monday. It is now Saturday. So far so good. I will definitely update this if anything changes. Everyone was very nice in there. The lady behind the desk, in my opinion went above and beyond. She gave me a ride home. So far my car is running great. The mechanic did a great job. I love the fact that they put a three year guarantee on their work. Thank you to all. Linda The lady with the 2009 Hyundai Elantra with 31,000 miles on it.

I had the pleasure of being towed to Protime Automotive this past week. Every one of the staff that I met was professional and very knowledgeable in auto repair. They researched the problem with my car, ordered the part and set out to replace the computer part in my car. It turned out that the wrong part was sent to us. Protime Automotive reordered the correct computer part for overnight delivery and again went to work installing and programming it. The staff contacted me often w/ updates. They also very generously offered me a loaner car until repair was completed. This loaner was a brand new Honda H-RV (?). It was immaculate and a dream car loaner. Always polite and professional, the staff had me and my car back on the road as soon as they possibly could. Their repair/replacement was superb. I am very impressed with everything Protime Automotive had to offer me. I am extremely thankful to them for their masterful craftsmanship and will refer them to everyone who asks for automobile repair assistance.

Great service in a reasonable time frame. I needed an annual inspection and potentially new tires. The employees were able to clearly understand needs. When updates were necessary such as choosing new tires, i was able to get information from that allowed me to make an educated decision. Work was performed promptly and had no issues. I intend to bring my cars here again :).

This was my first ( but certainly not the last ) time bringing a vehicle in for service with Protime; I was referred to them by a friend who's a longtime diesel mechanic. The service was beyond good, it was exceptional. I needed a rack & pinion wheel bushing replaced; they replaced BOTH bushings cheaper than three other quotes for just a single bushing. In the course of cleaning and adjusting my rear brakes, their technician found a very hard-to-spot issue that could have been catastrophic. Then, they came up with a simple solution to the problem that got me back on the road. Their State Inspection was thorough but not picky. They found one very minor issue that they came up with a simple workaround and didn't even charge me for it. The entire time, their communication was amazing; walking me through every task with texts, phone calls and even sending photos via email. I'm very impressed with this shop and will definitely do business with them again. If you own an older vehicle or just need after-market care, I strongly encourage you to make these folks your go-to auto repair center. UPDATE: I made good on my vow to use Protime again; and like the first time, I drove away exceptionally pleased with my experience. My old Toyota pickup was running rough and the 'check engine' light was on. Checking the computer code indicated that there was a misfire on the #2 cylinder. I tried swapping the spark plugs from the #1 &. #2 cylinder with no change. I took it in to Protime, bracing myself for being told that it was either a bad piston ring or cylinder valve; either of which was a major repair. It turned out that the spark plug wires were starting to break down and the spark plugs themselves were original to the vehicle. I'd looked at the #2 spark plug wire and seen a spark; but Miranda explained to me that upon diagnosis, it was intermittent; it LOOKED like it was OK but it wasn't. And the other wires weren't far behind failing as well. The cost of replacing spark plugs and wires anywhere you have it done isn't cheap; but Protime's was in line with what you'd pay at any reputable shop and less than a dealership; but it was at least HALF of what I'd feared; and it was the EXACT repair that the vehicle needed. There was no 'throw parts at it and see if one fixes it'. There's a saying in the auto repair industry, "We test, we don't guess". Protime excels at this . . . . .
