My experience was great!! Although I did not buy my wheels or tires from them, Ivan still told me they would balance and rotate my wheels for free every 6 months. The entire crew were professional and really nice. I actually had my tires shipped to a Pep Boys so they could install my wheels only to be told that they could not. So I drove to a Discount Tires store and they were closed. So as I was leaving the Discount Tires store, I saw the Automall and went to them about installing my wheels and tires and it was all uphill from there. Once again, great job guys, thanks.

Went in for a rim repair, got quoted for a day but after one look I got a "oh I can do this right now" and then proceeded to fix my rim. Adrian is a REALLY hard worker and got my rim fixed within 30 mins because I ended up having to get my other rim fixed. No up selling just flat rate. Fixed my valve stem as well, made sure there were no leaks and balanced my tires. Adrian is a fantastic worker and shows real pride in his work 10/10 recommend. They have theirself a new customer for sure.

If I could give this place -0 I would. I understand they sell used tires however they sold me bad bad tires, worse than the ones I had already. Don't go there not honest with their customers.

Had a horrible experience with my brakes almost got into an accident, this shop did not putt all the screws on and my wheel was making a noise. When I addressed the problem the shop said not to worry that the parts were just new and that was the reason why. These guys did not care for my safety at all and leaving my brakes in this conditon was not ok please be careful.

This place was great! I needed a quick tire fix. I could tell there was a leak somewhere, but the first big chain store I took it to told me it would be 1 1/2 hours to get to do a dunk test. I called around and Automall said they could do it immediately. It cost $15 instead of free from the big chain store, but it was definitely worth it to me! The guys working went to work immediately when I got there. They found the leak and fixed it in less time than I would have waited at the other store. I then drove it all the way to Central California with no issues and it's still going strong. Great work! Great workers! Great price! I'd definitely go back. Thank you!

Before this evening I never heard of automall wheels and tires. When I pulled up these guys obviously saw that I was in distress. They did not hesitate to assist & I was in and out of there within 20 minutes and it would have been 10 if not for my bank card being locked down because of suspicious activity. Edgar was quick to find me a used tire after I informed him that the one in the picture was under warranty. In fact I was so pleased with the service the receipt shown has an extra $10 tip included.. I would recommend this tire shop to any of my friends.

Worst place to take your car.. I paid for an AC inspection and AC recharge $ 130 , Adrian the guy in charge said “everything was ok” with my AC, a day after my car was blowing hot air.. took it back , they kept my car for two full days, he called me to let me know a hose was leaking. They charge me $310 on top of the $ 130 that I already paid. No customer service , no warranties, AVOID THIS PLACE . Me trying to save a few bucks, I learned my lesson .

I went to this tire shop expecting to pay $90 for a new tire, as I was quoted. However, once the tire was installed, they suddenly tried to charge me $190—more than double the price I was originally told. When I refused, I had to wait nearly an hour just to have them remove the tire and put my spare back on. To make things more frustrating, when I tried to discuss the issue, they told me I “didn’t understand their language.” And to be fair, I don’t speak Spanish—but clear communication is important in any business, especially when dealing with pricing. I left disappointed and frustrated. I value transparency and honesty, and unfortunately, I didn’t experience that here

Best experience I’ve ever had working with a tire shop. Last minute, Sunday, tire patch needed to be able to work for the day. No wait, 10 minutes in and out. Price extremely fair. I was even quoted for a new set of tires and was quoted a fair price for good quality tires, I would come here to have them help me with a spare replacement, they were so good.
