These guys are awesome my car sprung a coolant system leak and they were able to get it in right away and take care of it. They were friendly. Great customer service. They even had a loaner car for me to use. I was frantic that my car left me stranded but I got it towed to Automedics and they did a wonderful job. 🚗 thanks guys. I brought them my 94 gmc sierra with taillight problems and brake light problems. They were able to make everything right in just a few days. Especially with now being a busy season it was hard to find people willing to keep the old trucks alive or find time to do so. Thank you again a million times. I brought my car in with transmission issues, they called me within hours with the fully diagnosed issue. They gave me a quote and explained everything that was wrong with the car. They quoted me to replace the duel clutch kit. Had everything done by Thursday (2days later). Price quoted was the best I've seen and their customer service is top notch. First of all—Payton is a gem. He was the one to call me with all the updates and was very patient with all my questions. I brought my car in because the “Maintenance Required” light was on and I’d recently gotten an oil change, so I didn’t know what was wrong, which would make it easy to take advantage of my ignorance about cars. Automedics was honest. They said they could just change my oil or send me on my way. They said my tires were a little worn but not a safety issue and recommended I get new ones before winter. I was just amazed that they didn’t push a sale. I’ll be taking both our family cars there for everything. Thank you!!!

My daughter (from Chicago suburbs) was in the area picking up her niece and nephew to bring back to Chicago. Turns out the alternator/battery light went on. They left the car in Spring Lake and I had to find a auto repair shop to get it fixed. I called Automedics, spoke to Payton, explained this issue, and he called me back within 30 minutes with a estimated quote. Meanwhile, I called several other locations...they gave be an estimate, but could not get me in until later that week or 2 weeks out. Payton called me back promptly, went over the quote, began work and completed the work on the car the next day. It was the alternator (14 yrs old) The final price was comparable to the other places I called. Glad that Automedics was able to take care our our Toyota Venza so quickly and get it back on the road. I would highly recommend them. They are responsive, courteous and professional. Thank you. SM

They did a wonderful job on providing difficult service to our Acura. We had it at a few different garages in the area and Automedics were the ones to help and solve the issues for a great price and with prompt service. We will return again when service is needed!
