I met the guys at this garage after a major engine fail - broken valve spring. They were awesome. Always professional, always kind and patient. I have always had great service at Tri City. They are fast, efficient and honest, and I’ve never had an issue with any service I’ve had done. My 2010 Ford Fusion needed rear brakes, the transmission fluid needed to be flushed and replaced, and 2 other minor replacements. Tyler and James were very helpful and professional; the repairs were explained to me, and I was encouraged to ask questions about any of the repairs being done to my vehicle. The waiting area was very clean. They were able to pick me up at my home so that I could pay for and pick up my vehicle. My vehicle runs like new. Thanks to the mechanics who worked on my vehicle, and to the great customer service, I’m able to continue driving my vehicle. I recommend Tri City Auto for any and all of your vehicle repairs.

The most efficient and professional place for car services I have ever dealt with. The staff are all customer oriented making sure you have all the information needed to keep your vehicle in great shape. Honest & friendly. There was a mix up this last visit concerning my appointment. The front desk had it as a Tuesday but I had a text stating it was Monday. Hauled myself in there at 8 am again on Tuesday. I had also requested a loaner car which wasn’t available when I brought my car in. James at the service desk was very pleasant, as always, gave me a ride home & pick up when my car was done. Believe the work is all good, just more attention from whomever does schedules would be nice.

Had never been here before as I typically work on my own cars but I was really pleased with the work. I brought in a rusty, older, modified car, with a mashup or aftermarket parts, at the end of the workday and asked for a large job (4 wheel alignment) and I got to say they were super cool about it. There was issues with the car that they were very willing to physically show me (I know techs hate people in the work bay) and explain everything. They advised me on what to do, let me take the car home and repair these items myself, then let me reschedule. They did the alignment where everything was green, gave me a credit for what I spent the first time and always were happy to answer all my questions. The customer service was great from the guys up front, and from the tech who's life I'm sure I made extra difficult with the aftermarket parts. Great service, great to work with on scheduling, and on top of it all, far cheaper than I would have expected. They include all the scope of work in a text-link that even has photos. Great overall experience.

Car slid off the road with no apparent damage. They were decently nice, but were frustrating to work with, were pricey, and I had a tire blow up after they test drove it and said nothing was wrong. Duriing inspection, they found a slipped strut, so I was going to replace that the next day (was not advised to not drive it), but after the inspection and them putting the tires back on, they were rubbing and blew the tire (despite it driving fine the day before). Won't be back personally.

This is the last auto repair shop I'd ever recommend to anyone for anything. They are beyond untrustworthy. They skipped a lot of work that they claimed they did, but yet they charge you for it as if they did it!!! And also claimed that I was only there one time. However I have three sheets with the work report and receipt. And other quotes for trying to push more money out of my pocket into their account. Be careful about ever going to them for anything.

Had a pretty major main and aux batteries issue come up on Tuesday, and was lucky to get an appointment on Friday. Not only were both batteries fully replaced in little time, but one of the servicemen was kind enough to go out to get the replacement aux battery so as to not have to wait until Sunday. Awesome service and communication!

Brought my car towed and they jumped it after battery was dead and took my $118 bill down to $18 after a conversation about a additional issue. The initial problem was a no start but they said it started right up just needed a jump. After being a loyal customer and spending thousands of dollars at Tri City Auto Repair in Spring Lake, I will not be back. I recently had almost $3,000 in front-end work completed. Immediately following the service, a new rattling noise started coming from the front shields—a sound that was never there prior to the repair. I attempted communicating this by calling several times and leaving a voicemail, but my attempts were left unanswered. I finally had to bring the vehicle back in person today just to get someone to look at it. Rather than standing by their work or valuing my history as a customer, they insisted the noise was unrelated and charged me an additional $80 inspection fee. It is incredibly frustrating to be charged a "diagnostic fee" for a problem that only appeared once the front end was worked on by them, and I feel as if I was lied to. it makes absolutely no sense that this noise was as loud and prominent as it was directly after the work yet it is “unrelated”. This was an extremely easy fix, and was a great opportunity to do the right thing and build a good relationship with me. Instead, I was charged 80 more dollars and now you left me with a very bad feeling on your business. Used to recommend you guys all the time but I will also not be doing that anymore either. I hope the 80 dollars was worth the thousands I’d be spending here that you will now lose.
