I had a great experience here for my oil change. I had a coupon for $12.95 oil change for new customers. I requested an appointment on their website and received a phone call the same day to schedule the oil change for the following week. The service was done in a timely manner. They checked out the car and noticed my tires were worn. I received a quote on my invoice for four new tires at a reasonable price. No sales pressure, just a reminder which was much appreciated.

The brake light was illuminated and we took the vehicle to Automotive Dynamics to have it checked. The light went out before I got there but Kevin had the braking system inspected. There were no issues but he did report the thickness of the pads, rotors, quantity and quality of the brake fluid and the overall condition of the brake system. Perhaps a minor electronic glitch but we will keep an eye on it. No charge. This place is my go-to for anything automotive. I used to do much of this work myself but I no longer do it. Automotive Dynamics does not try to up sell things you don't need. They do it right. They treat the customers with respect. Prices are fair. This is my go-to for anything that I need done on our Rav4.

I had an incredibly awesome experience with Automotive Dynamics. I recently took my car in for service and described what I wanted and needed done. Kevin and Mark both assisted me with my cars needs. They explained everything that needed to be done, which was very close to what I wanted and more!!! The service was excellent and communication very clear and concise. They didn't try to"sell" me something I didn't need and treated me with that very unusual small town/family feeling of honesty and trust. This was the first positive experience I've ever had with a car dealership; no pressure sales or B.S., just pleasant, honest and professional treatment!! I was really blown away!! So much so that after my vehicle was serviced I purchased one of their used cars, also a first for me. I've already recommended this company to my friends. Thank you Mark, Kevin, Vince and everyone at Automotive Dynamics that gave me and my car, (now both of my cars!) the best service and excellent experience I've ever had with a car dealership! The icing on the cake is their great sense of humor!!!! :) I'm so very grateful to have found your business, and you have a customer for life!!!!

Went for regular oil change, and I suspected I had other issues going on with my car. So they gave it a thorough look, and went back the following week to have more work done. Did my repairs in a timely manner . I'll continue going here in the future. They do great work and have been in buisiness for quite some time.

Very honest auto repair . I had severe over heating problems with my 97 Jeep .After being told by other repair places that I probably had a blown head gasket or cracked block I was recommended to talk to Kevin at Automotive Dynamics . Turns out I only needed a new radiator cap ! Also when they were checking everything over they discovered I should get a new radiator shroud but Jeep no longer carried the shroud so I bought one off of Ebay .I took it back to have it replaced and they bumped up against my radiator and bent some of the grills . With out telling me they went ahead a replaced my radiator with a new and better one at no charge. If that's not an honest auto repair service I don't know what is !

We had never been here before, went to see if they could get our vehicle in for a battery change, we have a vehicle that has a hard to get to battery. We was greeted and quoted a price. We had our vehicle towed in, they completed the job the same day in a couple of hours. They answered all of our questions and concerns in a professional & attentive way. Recently moved from Glendale to Sun City. I had this great mechanic in Phoenix I've been using for 20+ years but now he's just too far, so I thought I'd give these guys a try.
