Wonderful group. Thank you all so much for helping my out of town friends on Monday. Coming into Charleston they hit something on the bridge damaging the shield underneath the vehicle. Was making an awful noise when they pulled into your shop without an appointment I will add. You immediately took action & fixed the issue. And …. My experience with this company has not been a good one. While the folks were friendly they did not take care of the issue I took my vehicle there for and gave it back to me $3500 later without addressing the issue with the oil leak. I feel I’ve been taken for a bit of a ride and messed around. I own a company too and try to always insure my customers are satisfied and they know I’m not and seem to be ok with that. Not a very professional outfit in my experience and surprised to see they have such positive reviews. When I start the car there is oil coming out of the exhaust and this is the reason I took the vehicle there to begin with. They got me to spend money on several other areas but didn’t fix the main issue.
