I called another local shop to check my tires since I had a low tire pressure message and had a 3 hr drive and they only had one tech working. I called Pit Stop and they said to bring it on by and they will check. I walked into a full waiting room, but the gentleman was able to get me in and out in 15 mins, make sure the tires were full without leaks, and told me no charge! What a great piece of mind for my drive home. Highly recommend!!

I had very good service today. The oil pan cover on my car had fallen down and was dragging on the pavement. I stopped in and asked them to look at it. They got my car in right away and removed the broken oil pan cover for me that fixed the problem. They were so nice it really made by day. Thank you.

This place is fantastic. My daughter took her very“vintage” Jeep in to have it checked out. They gave an honest assessment of what needed to be done, what could wait, and what wasn’t worth repairing. Work was completed quickly and they didn’t even charge her for all the extra effort required to remove some deeply rusted screws. Very happy with the amazing customer service, mechanics, and overall experience!

These guys are the best! We were on a beach vacation and our brakes(which were just replaced at a dealership) were making a horrible grinding noise. Completely different experience than getting a tire replaced at Gerald’s. Gerald’s is notorious for taking your tire off so that you can’t leave and you may be held there for three hours to have a simple patch done and upsold the entire time. Well! I got a flat and thankfully pulled into Pit Stop instead and Leon (awesome and nice guy) behind the counter got my car in almost immediately and even found another issue and got that fixed too AND had me on my way in under 25 minutes from pulling in. Absolutely blown away by the service and attitude. Pit Stop is the only place I’ll be recommending and taking my family’s vehicles to from now on.

Really positive experience with Pit Stop. Visiting from California and my elderly in-laws "check engine light" came on when we were driving their car. We had it checked out at the local auto part store and they felt it was the alternator causing the problem. We asked if they could refer us to a mechanic or auto repair shop and they highly recommended Pit Stop. I checked Yelp and Google reviews and saw they had a lot of fans and 5 star reviews. I called the following morning and was pleasantly surprised with their friendliness and he told me to bring the vehicle down. Leon Holmes, the Manager, was working the counter and was a pleasure to work with and felt comfortable we were in good hands and with a trustworthy company. I left the car and received a call about an hour later and they told me the alternator was fine and were able to re-set the computer. They took really great care of us and really appreciate their honesty and quick service. We can highly recommend Pit Stop for repairs.

Really want to give a shoutout to Leon Holmes, the manager here. I came in clueless what was wrong with my car and my windshield wipers and within 5 mins he filled up my low tire pressure with air and fixed my windshield wipers and didn’t charge me a dime. There were many customers there, which based on the previous reviews, he keeps satisfied as well, but took time out of his busy day to help me out for free. I really appreciate how quick and efficient this place is. Other tire shops will leave you sitting for hours, with no representative in sight. Leon was on point. After Firestone wrecked my car during an oil change, I needed to find a new auto care shop. I’m really glad I found this one, and I will be taking my services here to support Leon and his team in the future. Thanks again Leon.
