This repair shop went above and beyond for us! They stayed open over an hour late to fix an issue on our truck as we were passing through on a 20 hour drive to vacation. They quickly diagnosed our problem which required an additional part (that required a 1 hr round trip pick up). They waited for us to pick up the part past closing time in order to fix our issue. We called around to multiple places and no one would consider helping us as we would arrive in the area around 4pm on a Friday evening! We are very thankful for this company!

They charged me for diagnosing but didn’t do a complete diagnosis. I went in for noises my car was making and they quoted me 700, “fixed it” but the very same day it was still the same. I took it back the following day and was reassure it was the age of my car making my axils noises and it just needed grease (which they did not offer to do) 2 weeks later I’m almost in an accident because the axils are actually broken and I almost lost steering completely. They didn’t want to admit a mistake or to make it right. Just was told that this was a new problem and had nothing to do with what I had done (which is the problem). Front desk lady was very rude and unprofessional making jokes when I call after near accident. Was a customer for 3 years and not any longer.

....the best crew and staff.... they take very good care of their customers and are very good at what they do, I've never had any issues with them, and have never had any issues with work not being done right. And they are reasonable also. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else, I have also recommended them to everyone who has asked me for a good mechanic.

I will never go back here again. We took one of our Jeep to be fixed and was quoted less than $300. When we picked out the vehicle I was charged $486. Nobody reached out to inform me of the price change. Very unprofessional. I was told that the tech had to do more intense work. They charged $367 for labor for a $76 part. I was going to let them service other vehicles but after this experience I will not.

As a woman, I'm so happy I've found an honest place. I know far too well how easily auto places will attempt to pull one over on me. They replaced my fuel pump a couple months ago. Yesterday, it failed suddenly. They told me exactly what happened, and let me know that it was under warranty since it had just been replaced. This place has earned my trust and respect. I am not one to easily give that trust. They did not try to hide what the problem was, or make it seem like it was a different part that needed to be replaced for more money. They listened to me, and didn't treat me differently based on being a woman.

Wow! Above and beyond! Talked with Tom who told me to bring in my son’s car (which had multiple codes and a check engine light and blown fuse) even though it was only 2 hrs before closing. He and another mechanic found a short and had it fixed in an hour and 20 minutes. Got my son back on the road for college! Thanks ASFI~

The people at this shop will bend over backwards to make sure everything is perfect before you drive out the driveway. I will not have anyone else work on my Cadillac but Venny and his crew. The girls in the office are great and even know my name when I walk in. My husband taught automotive at Greenville Tec for 15 years and would not have anyone else do any work on his car. Jim and I will not use any other services but Automotive Specialist .
