Got the work done today but had asked for my rear window wiper blade to be replaced and it wasn’t. I had a rebate which’s I had shown the person who checked me in and it was for 3 wiper blades of a certain brand and since they only replaced 2 and a different brand I can’t use the rebate. I always have my service done at auto nation and am usually happy with the service but not this time and usually asked if I want my tires rotated with no charge. There was a charge this time and my bill was higher than I thought it eg

Chris Sanders and the team were great. No pressure and very knowledgable about the process. They had humor which is a plus for me. They helped us along the way and are staying in touch after the sale. I had to leave and my bride drove the truck home, she had a warning light go off and returned to the dealer and were able fix explain and set us up with an appt next week to get it looked at.

Yes, the customer service I received at Autonation was extraordinary! Kelly actually took the time to explain my extended warranty to me. When I asked questions regarding my extended warranty at Knudson Chevrolet, I got blank stares and the subject would be changed. My contact person, Ryle, was a dream to work with. She kept me informed every step of the way and actually answered my questions. Unlike the service I received from dawn at Knudson Chevrolet. Will I take my business back to Autonation? Absolutely, without question! P.S: The extended warranty covered the entire cost of the repair.

Took my Tacoma in for an appraisal on a trade. They said they’d “like to make our own offer” instead of what KBB quoted which was $25,100. They said it was valued at $27,139. Then they nickel and dimed it down to $24k. Quoted $800 for hood paint, which is a bit high but needed. $389 for a “mechanical inspection” so charging me to sell it. $250 for a reconditioning detail, again charging me for selling it. The cherry on top was $1000 for new tires. The tires are perfectly fine. They never even took the truck inside or had a technician look at it in the parking lot. They took pictures of all sides of the vehicle to submit to their trade-in appraiser online. When I asked why it needed new tires, Jay told me that the tires measured “5 mm left of tread.” Nobody ever measured the tires, unless you can measure tread depth through an iPhone photo.

When I pulled up, the rig was parked out front, unlocked, for me to inspect without disruption. Very low pressure sales. Where do I start, overall amazing experience solely credited to the salesman Michael and finance guy Colin. I came in not serious about buying a car, looking at an 18 Civic Si with 120k for 17.5k. I left with a 25 Jetta with 38k on the clock for less than what the civic was even listed for! Both of these fine gentleman did everything in their power to give me the best experience possible and held a very very good balance between customer connection and professionality, they both stayed over 3 hours late and even worked with tons of stupid questions and the fact that half way through getting approved for the Honda I changed my mind and started paperwork all over on the Jetta. All in all I started my day not even in mind to be buying a car and went to bed that night with a brand car in the driveway. I can't thank Michael enough for making the deal happen, and Collin for staying late and dealing with my malarkey for over 5 hours. It was a rather smooth process after using a different dealership for years probably the last 10 years. It was a refreshing to try a new dealership. It was a pretty easy process to get approved for a 2024 Toyota sienna I really liked that they gave it a fresh wash before I took it off the lot. I also appreciate the fact that it had new tires and that they showed all the work that was done to the vehicle if any was needed from the time they received it to the time that they sold it. Getting a warranty was also a very easy process and it’s a good four year warranty. Thank you for great service
