I have an ML350 Mercedes that needed body work and the wheel refurbished. They assured me they would do good job by removing the windows and trims in order to paint and repair the damage correct. After leaving my car there for a couple weeks when the repairs where committed to be ready I called a couple days after the schedule complete date and they told me the car was not ready and they were in the process to reassembling the glass and trim and cleaning. I then stopped by to picked up the car a few days later and when inspecting the car I noticed the metal finish around the wheel was not bent back in place and was painted over, the manager agreed they missed it and to have it sent back to the shop to have it repaired and repainted. A few days later the manage called to pick up the car and we went back to pick up the car this time we did an inspection of the location where the repair took place to repair the damaged where the car was hit and notice that paint streaks on the edge of the window and paint bubbles between the glass and trim meaning that never took the glass out or the trims to do the repairs as promised. Not only it was a lousy dirty job they lied to us. The Manager agreed that the repairs were not up to their quality standards and asked for us to bring the car back when we could and they would fix the issues. Unfortunately I had to leave to go back North and did not have the time to bring the car back to them to fix the repairs correctly. I am very disappointed I was lied to and to mention the repairs were not done properly. I would not bring any of my cars back to this dealer even though they suggested to bring the car back to fix the bad repairs. Very unhappy customer!!!

Overpriced, poor communication and do not finish the job. Left my car for 2 weeks for a small scratch on my passenger doors. Was quoted an astronomical amount but trusted the Autonation Brand. Called to see if my car was ready as no one called me to let me know if the car was completed. Was told all set and ready to go and I could stop by whenever I wanted to pick up. Once I got there was told the car wasn’t ready, needed 15-20 minutes. 3 hours later my car was pulled around. They hadn’t gotten all the scratches fixed. Disappointing. Poor communication and didn’t finish the job.

Avoid!! They had my Range Rover for 2 weeks to finally tell me that they didn’t have a technician that could work on it. “His position hasn’t been filled yet”. 2 weeks of wasted time and rental car fees. Absolutely no type of compensation to cover those costs.

The worst place to get your car repaired at, they will give you warranty on paper yet will come up with some of the most ridiculous excuses not to stand behind their work. If the paint peals it means your paint job was bad.

This place is one of the worst place to bring your car repairs. No customer service skills. Yelled at customers in front of their own employees. Denied their own written contract. Refused to admit their own mistakes. No professionalism at all. Do not care about your business. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE THERE FOR SERVICE. You will regret it.

This collision center provides the most excellent work, and outstanding concierge service provided by the manager Alejandro. Consistent updates, integrity where you know they are going to advocate for the consumer and what is best for the vehicle in terms of quality and safety. The service from everyone is exceptional, always professional and most importantly knowledgeable about the business they are in. I could go on for ever, when there is damage to your vehicle it is a traumatic circumstance to be in. Needed front end work after hitting a deer. My car is only 2 years old and in perfect condition. The guys in the shop did a great job to return the car to it's original condition which was an effort as we had to deal with the insurance company's policy of wanting to put used parts in/on the car. These guys know what they are doing and do quality work.

Unfortunately the minimum is 1 star, but they deserve ZERO. This autonation shop was well recommended from the folks at my dealer, with the promise to warranty the repair as long as you own the car. Well, besides the fact the repair took 2 weeks longer than what was promised to the point the insurance didn’t even pay my rental car for so long, months later my bumper started to peel off the clear coat “ coincidently “ exactly where the original collision was. The shop manager found every ridiculous excuse to deny the warranty and offered me a discount on a possible repair. “ oh, we didn’t paint here, oh it was a rock, oh the fender moved ... “ it made me extremely nervous to hear so much BS. I started a formal complaint with MB coconut creek and autonation about this. DO NOT USE THEM. Ps: I didn’t read all reviews yet, but I already realized some are from people I know that actually work there. So, I wouldn’t be surprised about fake reviews....

DO NOT LET YOUR CAR GO THERE IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE IT AGAIN!!!!!!!! My car has been there for 9 months which I’ve been making payments for all 9 months and I just keep getting told it’ll be another month every time I call. I’m told I’ll get calls back and I NEVER do. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AND WILL KEEP LYING TO YOU. My point of contact Brain gave me false hope for months and months and I’ve been having to pay for my own rentals and Ubers. Finally after 9 months he said he is going to try to work on a loaner car which I haven’t heard back from him for 2 weeks about because I always have to chase after him. ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO LEAVE YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!

Warning!! My insurance adjuster from Geico was professional, courteous, and forthcoming with information concerning the repair of my Mercedes Benz for hail damage. The initial meeting with AutoNation in Margate was good. The conversation made me feel optimistic about receiving my car back in a timely manner. However, it took AutoNation 38 DAYS to repair hail damage on my Mercedes Benz. Follow ups were inconsistent and the information about the process seemed questionable. AutoNation was blaming Geico for the hold up. From the beginning of accepting the job, Geico informed AutoNation that a Paintless Dent Repair – PDR was needed to aide in completing this repair work. It seemed like the delay was motivated by earning a commission on this job. The entire repair process took way too long which I consistently communicated that this was unacceptable and egregious. I would NOT recommend anyone to take their car to AutoNation in Margate for repair work on their vehicle.

very poor experience truck had mostly cosmetic damage from an accident. told me it would be maybe 2-3 days to fix, it was there almost 2 weeks. when I arrived to pick it up they did not even do any work at all to 2 of the doors and part of the front panel. in front of me they came out with a drill with a polishing bit on it and some detailing rub and tried to polish it up in front of me for about 10 minutes. OF COURSE I WAS CHARGED ON THE RECEIPT 3 HOURS OF WORK FOR THIS. can't believe truck was there for 2 weeks and they did not even do half the work then tried to pass it off with a quick polish. they also told me multiple different stories as to why the truck took so long. the story changed a few times. I spoke with the manager who's answer was - well it looks like you aren't going to be happy no matter what I do so no reason for me to try. what kind of management is this. I never asked for a discount or refund. just questioned how I can be charged almost $2,000 when they just buffed out the area in front of me for 10 minutes and it still shows damage. unreal. disrespectful, rude, do not care about their customers.
