Quick check in and service. I was waiting and only took about 2 hours which was reasonable for my service. I wish thw provide better pictures on thw vehicle inspection. When I received the text text with photos, upon review it was just a picture of my car with the hood open, nothing related to thw multipoint inspection.

Went in for an oil change and a nice experience. Curtis did a good job taking care of me. They honored a really affordable coupon that offered on their website. The only downside was that I had to wait 2 hours for the oil change to be completed however outside of that it was a pleasant experience.

I purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot from AutoNation Honda Valencia just a week ago, and it’s already experiencing major transmission issues. On the way to Las Vegas, the transmission overheated. On the way back, the dash displayed a “Transmission System Problem” alert. This is clearly a serious issue, not normal wear and tear. I reached out to my finance consultant Alexis Steele multiple times by phone, text, and email. She has not returned a single message. I feel completely ignored and disappointed with how this was handled. I now believe this vehicle may have been sold with pre-existing or undisclosed defects. I’m working on filing complaints with the DMV, BAR, and Attorney General if this isn’t resolved properly. I trusted this dealership and now I’m dealing with breakdowns and silence. I don’t recommend buying from AutoNation Valencia unless you want to deal with car problems and ghosted calls after they get your money.

I came in for a quote and was told it would be $200 just to diagnose, with that amount supposedly going toward the repair. I chose to continue working on the car myself. After I found the issue, already had the new part, and just needed installation and calibration, I reached back out. I’m a Honda guy and not clueless — this was a simple sensor replacement, a job that takes 30 to 45 minutes (or one hour in a dealer’s eyes). The quote I received was $499.97. I was stunned. When I said that was way too much, Emmanuel suddenly replied that he could do it for $374.97 because he “found” a 25% coupon for me. Right… convenient. That interaction said everything. Prices here are clearly inflated and flexible depending on how much they think they can get away with charging you. If you don’t know cars, you’re an easy target. The staff may sound friendly, but don’t mistake that for honesty or integrity. I didn’t just find the problem with my car — I found a shop that preys on customers. The person who tried it with me was Emmanuel. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere transparent, fair, and ethical.

My experience with Auto Nation Honda in Valencia was fantastic. Grant and Zachariah were the only reason that I didn’t completely lose it over getting my windshield fixed. It shouldn’t take 4 months to replace a windshield, but if you have State Farm I guess that can happen. Grant and Zachariah went above and beyond in helping me get my car fixed. They sent quote after quote, called the glass claim department, uploaded information into the portal, ran diagnostics, met with the adjuster multiple times, worked with State Farm on the price and kept me calm. These guys need a raise! This was not an easy task!! Thank guys, you did a great job!!!
