Was highly disappointed when I presented for my tires and they put them on too loose, I had to go to another shop which confidently and correctly put my tires on. If you have a Tesla, they overcharged on my tires, but I needed tires so I had to pay. Now I go to Quartz Hill tires were there affordable and competent.

Following last week’s experience, I was originally going to give them five stars. My gut instinct told me to wait until they finish the service this week before posting a review. Thankfully, I did not compile a review last week because they didn’t even service the vehicle this week. I brought my vehicle here last week for the Retrax electric tonneau cover issue and issue of the tires rubbing against the wheel well. They did an excellent job with the wheel well issue. For the tonneau cover, they informed me to bring my vehicle back the following Monday when their associate returns. Retrax emailed me the issue with the tonneau cover and the solution. Per the request of one of the associates here I forwarded that email to him. I arrived the following Monday at 7:30 when they opened. The guy at the counter insisted they needed my truck for many hours and they won’t get to it for many hours. I found that to be so ridiculous for a 10 minute job. That associate could not find my email from the prior week. I forward that email to him that morning, but by that time, I decided I was not going to be doing business with them. I was fed up and left. I got in my vehicle and called Retrax. I asked the Retrax rep to find me a company that can fix this issue. I also confirmed this task will take 10 to 15 minutes at the most. She provided two companies they recommend. Thankfully, this company was not one of them. Unfortunately, one of her recommended companies did not open until 10:30, but thankfully, the other one was already open. I called the other company and was able to get in immediately. They fixed the problem within less than 10 minutes. They also ordered a weatherstrip from Retrax and installed it the following day. In a way I’m very glad I found this other company. I have them installing a lot of lights throughout the truck now, something I originally planned to have Big John’s do after fixing the tonneau cover issue. Following the initial experience with the wheel, I was planning on doing a lot of business with Big John’s. But, following the horrible experience Monday, I decided to immediately cut my loss and go elsewhere. I understand first come first serve. Considering I got there at 7:30 AM when they opened and this was a 10 minute job, I find it ridiculous to want my vehicle for many hours before you get around to it. I’m in Valencia all the time checking on a property and dealing with contractors/vendors for the property throughout the week. I also get my vehicle serviced at the dealership down the street. I thought it would’ve been great to be able to bring my vehicle here; guess not. It is really sad to have an exceptional experience one day and horrible experience the next.

Excellent service, and great front desk service people, Staff very friendly and helpful. Brought in 2 of my cars for a wheel alignment, and both drive so much better now. Quieter, smoother, and better driving all around. They do excellent work, and the whole staff are very honest and do fantastic work.

Took my ride here before for wheel alignment and was pleased with the service. Recently had my LCAs replaced and didn’t think to check if my wheels were torqued to spec. Just got back from a long road trip and got under to wrench on my ride and replace my sway bar tie rods. 2 of 6 front passenger lug bolts were stripped most likely over torqued. Had to take to dealership and pay more money for new bolt/lug nuts/service since they recommended all 6 be changed out since the others were stripped as well. Just glad I didn’t have a catastrophic failure by having my front wheel detach

Josh and all other staff are awesome. They are selling customer service, the tires are free - ssentially!! Went in for a nail in the tire. Turned out to be a false alarm. They checked the tore anyway just to ensure safety/ no leaks. No fee. Just wanted to make sure the customer service was great. It absolutely was. Thanks, Big John's..

We have purchased numerous sets of tires from here my mom has purchased from them my dad has purchased from them my brother and my sister too. You would think after a while and all that business you would get a little bit of love. Maybe not on price but something. But nope Buying tires and or tire rotation for whatever reason takes about 1.5 to 2.5 hours minimum. First couple of times I waited I gave benefit of doubt maybe someone called out, or something. But nope today came by 3-4 bays were open I’m thinking great should be in and out. But nope today waited 45 min and nothing was done. So I left. Sadly not a fluke just the way it is now. I recommend this place if you have a lifted truck and or you have all day to do nothing and you love waiting, hearing how great FOX suspension is. Wont go there again service used to be great now it’s sadly trash shame used to be great.

Went in at 1100am they said they where busy so I said how about 200 pm they said that would be good came back just before 200 pm dropped car off then left then came back at 330 pm they hadn't even looked at my carr for an alignment if they would have just told me they couldn't do it today that would have been fine .Don't waste your time here 4and a half hours for nothing .

My wife was there this morning. All the staff was super friendly and respectful. My wife doesn’t really know much about cars or tires, and even then they didn’t take advantage of her. They served only what she needed and gave her a great price.

DO NOT COME HERE! I took my car here on a glowing recommendation for some funny sounds. They told me that my motor mounts were all busted and my transmission was shot and my oil was all gone even thought I have no leaks and just got my oil changed. They changed my oil for a ridiculous price (which stopped the noise) and wanted to charge me an absurd amount to replace my motor mounts. I took it to another place my family usually goes to get a second opinion and they told me my transmission was fine, and my motor mounts looked new. Beforehand they quoted me less than a third of what Big John's did. I'm glad I listened to my gut instead of letting them scare me into unnecessary services.

Didn’t buy anything, but saw someone driving a truck with their logo plastered all over their giant truck tailgating, blasting flood lights on his truck, and following some other car. This driver was a menace. If this driver is any indication of the service there I would avoid like the plaque.

I had taken my 2019 GMC 2500 Sierra Denali HD into big John’s because I’ve been having issues with some of my front end parts wearing out due to the massive lift and larger tire and rim profile that my truck had on it when I bought it new. Rob consulted with me on how a new smaller sized wheel set and tires would dramatically improve my handling, ride, comfort, performance, and of course, extend the life of my suspension components in general. This is my second time into big John’s and much like the first time I was treated with care, honesty, and was given all of the options which helped me ultimately make a better and well informed decision. After six years, my truck now rides and looks better than ever. Thank you for your recommendations Rob, consider me a customer for life.

I was in n out of there in 25 mins, they patched my tire up for a great price and even put my spare tire back in its compartment without me even asking them to do so. I’m so grateful for Big John’s Tires! They’ve fixed several flat tires for me over the years and have also helped with tire replacements. What I appreciate most about them is their honesty. They’re not trying to make a quick buck off their customers. I’ve had other places tell me I needed four new tires, but when I brought my car to Big John’s, they were upfront and told me that only two needed to be replaced right away and the other two would likely last another six months. It’s refreshing to work with a business that isn’t trying to upsell you and truly looks out for their customers.
