Servicing my car at AutoNation Lincoln in Clearwater has always been a pleasant experience. Jacob, my service advisor, keeps me up to date on the progress. The car is always returned in a timely manner and cleaned. They also provide a video of the service being done.

Very disappointed.Brought my vehicle in for service to fix a non working seatbelt. Had a 9am appointment. By 2:30 pm I still had not heard from the service department. Tried to reach the service advisor, but eventually reached someone else who said they probably won’t be able to look at the vehicle that day. The car was left overnight at the dealership. By 10:30 am the next day, I still had not heard from them. I took the vehicle home without service. What is the point of having an appointment? And furthermore the lack of communication

We brought our car n for tire repair, as it kept loosing air but we couldn’t find a nail in the tread. Jacob was our service rep. He got it the tire off and said they found a small needle sized nail in the tires that was hard to find just by looking at it. Since we had the tire protection plan we were able to have the tire replaced for free. That plan has already paid for itself! We even discussed our next car that we will want to upgrade to in the future. Very helpful!

The only reason that I did not rate AutoNation Lincoln Clearwater a 5 star dealership, is because of the difficulty speaking to someone in service. I kept getting shunted to voice mail - I was even transferred to the sales department???? Strange way to deal with a service issue. Other than that, Mr.. Bobo, the service gentleman, was helpful and efficient as always!

The process was as easy as it gets. They followed up with me on the inquiry and the appointment. Was greeted by EVERYONE. Tim, my salesman, was uber knowledgeable, friendly, NOT AT ALL pushy, and provided me all the time I needed. The purchase process was as smooth as any I have done (purchased a lot of cars in my life). The finance manager was as good as they come and went over and above for me. HIGHLY recommend AutoNation and, in particular, the one in Clearwater (although the follow-up from the AutoNation in Orlando was excellent as well). VERY customer driven and focused on their clients.
