Actual work was good however communication was non existent. When I actually went in to the shop to speak to someone. Ryan, I believe his name was, was rude and appeared to be unwilling to do the simplest of tasks without an exaggeration of emotion that was unprofessional. Nobody reached out to let me know my vehicle was completed. Nobody listened when we explained we were paying not the insurance. It added several days of rental vehicle use because of lack of listening skills and communication. Would not recommend on customer service skills alone.

I unfortunately had a hit and run. Working with my insurance company they directed me to crash champions for the repairs. I called and set up the appointment with Ryan. And him and his team was professional and courteous. Three days after the two hurricanes I received a courtesy call to let me know my vehicle was safe, and they will be contacting me in a few days with my vehicle completed. I received a telephone call in 2 days letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I informed Ryan that I did not have a ride to come and get the vehicle. Inform me since I was local to his location they will send someone to pick me up. And they did! They did extremely great work! My vehicle looks like it just came out of the factory! Thank you crash champions! For your great work and professionalism. I highly would recommend this company to anyone for any of your auto body repair needs!

Don’t believe them if they say7-10business days,my trucks been there for over A MONTH and it barely needed anything don’t to it,a truck bed door and a back bumper,it also doesn’t help if the part doesn’t get delivered,sorry I left that part out!,but overall great service,nice people,and great reassurance,of progress

Very pleased with the service that I received from Crash Champions. Jason was awesome and was great to work with. He was super informative and incredibly helpful! Took a little than originally expected to get my truck repaired from the accident but they communicated everything, made everything super simple (especially when communicating with the insurance and rental car companies), they did a great job with the repairs and my truck looks brand new! Thanks to the team at Crash Champions and highly recommend taking your vehicle to them if you’re ever in an accident. I hope I never have to use them again haha but I know where to go if I ever need my truck repaired from an accident!

For the series of unfortunate events that landed my car needing service from crash champions in the first place I must say this has been the most pleasant experience. My car was sandwiched at a red light and insurance scheduled service with crash champions. I received a text message and call confirming my appointment. When I got to crash champions, all of my paperwork was all set. I gave some details about the accident but I don’t think I even needed to. They had everything I just needed to handover my key to Jason who’s so nice. I was also getting a rental from enterprise and the rep was shortly there after to pick me up. All of the rental paperwork was handled as well. A couple days after dropping my car off I got text messages about the status of the service being done to my to the car. Jason also called me and told me everything being done verbally. my car was complete in four days. Jason called and said I can come pick it up. The guy at the front desk is always so nice. I forgot his name but he kind of looks like shaggy from Scooby Doo. He had everything set for my pick up. Jason went over every single detail done to the car and also provided me with the packet listing everything done as well. My car looks better than when I bought it. We traded keys. He took the rental, and I drove off in my car. Best experience. Thank you so so much.
