I expressed to Tommy I am limited on time and it is a 25 minute drive to his shop.. I asked if I need an appointment for an estimate. He said no just bring it in. So I drove at 9 am Saturday, and he was not there. His employee told me to come back. When I was obviously frustrated, he took a picture. When I reached out to Tommy he did not have the photo. Okay, I sent him a new photo. (Wish I could have done that to begin with.) He said come by his shop and bring him $100 as a deposit to order the fender. That would be another hour, another Saturday (because I cannot go during work hours) for still no work. I have never heard of something like that. As a working single mom, and a nurse I work long hours. It's going to be tricky as it is, working out getting the rental, dropping the car off and picking it up and returning the rental. Without a 2nd long drive to drop off a deposit. I obvious won't be taking my car to him. I'm sure he does lovely work but there is a lot more to good business that just the handiwork. If he can't respect my time just to give an estimate and set up the appointment to do the work, I have no faith putting my car in his hands.

I recently had some body work down on my Volvo SUV, and I can't say enough about how happy I am with the work that was done. My headlights were also all fogged up, and they took car of that, too. It is perfect! I thought I had a new vehicle. The staff at Havacar Autobody are super friendly, and they are very reasonable. If you need body work done, you should stop by for a quote. You will be glad you did!

Tommy painted an old lawn and landscaping trailer for me about 10 years ago and it still looks perfect today! This was a 20’ enclosed trailer and most shops passed on the job, but not Havacar. They got it done at a very reasonable price and exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend!

When I first moved to Florida several years ago, somebody opened their door into my Honda Fit at a Publix. The young guy asked me to have the ding fixed, and he’d pay me back. I took my car to Tommy’s and they buffed out the door for 20 after hearing the story (that young guy was thrilled, let me tell you.) So when I was in a fender bender recently, I knew I wanted HavaCar to do the body work. Even though it was the last weekend they were in the old location, they fixed the fender and I had them paint my old red Honda, too. Great job, incredible price, and Tommy was a sweetie, letting me have my car back even though the insurance check was tied up/lost in the mail. Don’t know about you, but auto repairs scare me: are they telling me the truth? Is this a good price? Tommy is one stand-up guy, and all of these stellar reviews are well-deserved.

They repaired the body work on my car and it came out great!!! for a really good price too!! They also exchanged in abundance with me because when I came to pick it up, they washed the car, waxed some of the flaws out and then - surprise!! They made the headlights look like new again!! Now I love my Toyota 4-runner all over again!! Great exchange and value for the money!! They didn't have to do all that, but they did! Friendly up-tone service too!! Thank you Tommy and Chris!

Used them about 7 times in 15 years, counting a few friends I've sent there. Excellent work, roughly 20-25% (guesstimate) cheaper than most other small shops, and 40% (guesstimate) cheaper than the big outfits, and never checked a price at a car dealer, which mostly subcontracts the work anyway, so they'd charge at least twice as much as Havacar. And they'll suggest ways to save you money - like by making a part instead of buying one when it's invisible anyway like under the hood or underneath the car. They can be very busy to the point of not checking their voice mail, and things change, so if you're dropping a car off, you must confirm by actual conversation the morning of, or the afternoon before - don't depend on voice mail or email.

Tommy, Chris and the team got my '14 Z back to new condition. Previous owner and Florida summers did a number on the paint and front bumper. Tommy kept me updated throughout the process and did a few extras which really made the paint pop again where they didn't spray. The dark silver is a pain to match and these guys blended it seamlessly, pics don't do it justice. They even waxed and polished before delivery. There's a lot of passion here for what they do and it shows in their work, beyond satisfied customer.

Excellent experience with Tommy and his team. We were referred to them by Charlie's Car Care and brought our Honda Element in for some painting. Tommy was so honest and professional. He doesn't try to scam you for more money, he gives great advice and an honest opinion. His team was excellent, they went above and beyond the paint job by buffing the scuff marks off the rest of the vehicle, buffed the headlights, and added dressing to all the plastic panels. Very friendly atmosphere with the staff and experience. Highly recommend these guys and business. Will definitely be back when needed. A huge thank you!
