I went to Auto Service Experts for the first time the other day . They diagnosed my car with a PTU leak. They had it repaired and back to me the next day. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day when my car was ready. The stealership wanted to replace the whole unit instead of just replacing the seal. ASE saved me $2800 dollar. The staff was also very friendly I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely Disappointed — Avoid This Shop I brought my car in for a tune-up and to fix the A/C blower motor, expecting professional service for the $2,000+ I paid. What I got was a nightmare. When I stopped by to check on the progress, I was shocked to see someone who looked barely out of high school working on my vehicle. It was clear they were struggling with the repairs. When I returned to pick up the car, no one explained what had been done—they simply handed me the keys and acted like everything was fine. Immediately upon starting the car, the check engine light came on. I asked about it, and the person at the counter casually asked the young mechanic, who claimed it was the catalytic converter. No explanation, no offer to fix it—just a shrug and a diagnosis. While the A/C blower was technically fixed, the thermostat was ruined. Now I have to turn it all the way down to get cold air, and anything above 68 degrees blows hot. Within two months, the engine began misfiring. After running diagnostics, I discovered they only replaced one ignition coil and six spark plugs—setting my engine up for failure. A trusted mechanic later confirmed that replacing only one coil can cause uneven sparking and damage the others. The lack of communication, poor workmanship, and disregard for customer service were appalling. I feel ripped off and misled. This shop operates with questionable ethics and subpar skills. I regret not posting this sooner to warn others—don’t make the same mistake I did.

Would definitely recommend 💯! As soon as I arrived for my appt, my car was taken in and worked on (zero delay). i’ve been going to this shop for a couple years now from small things like a new belt to more complex things like intake manifolds & vapor canister. The owner Perry and his wife are just honest and humble people. They really do care, i’ve seen quite a few of the same mechanics there for years so I know they take good care of them. Great service. Thought I had a rear main. oil leak. Cost $1800 and no car for a week. They check and it was a bad oil sending unit. The fix if and change my plugs for $1100. They could have charged me the $1800 and said it was the rear main. Honest place. When back with an oil light on they cleared that and no charge. They are the best.. I trust them!]

After an 1100 mile road trip, I arrived near closing time with an issue that I didn’t expect to be finished that day. They happily got my jeep on the lift and figured out a repair even though it meant staying late. To my complete shock when they were finished, the bill was extremely reasonable. These guys don’t care about your car, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I came for a simple oil change & they managed to mess everything up. They did not replace my engine cap, so oil exploded all over my windshield, front grill, and hood. I drove around with no oil for a month. I inhaled burning oil in my cabin for the month it took me to realize my cap was off. Another mechanic told me to never bring my car back here - I will not, and you shouldn’t either. Apparently there are 3 parts underneath the hood and they messed up every part there too. They “twerked” something way too much according to my mechanic. Do not trust these guys with your car. You can see that they just left the engine cap on the seal of my hood in the photo, and oil covering my hood.

I would give these folks a 10 star review if I could. We were traveling when we got a nail in our tire and needed to be towed. They just happen to be the closest to where we were located. And honestly, we got very lucky that that was the case super nice, super honest and beyond affordable. It is very nice to know. They’re a good honest people in this world not trying to rip you off. ASA is a ten out of ten!!!
