My aunt has been having car troubles, she had previously gone to Fitzgerald and they were not helpful at all. I overheard her speaking with Perry on the phone and I was so blown away I wanted to leave a review. He found out what the problem was and did not push her for extra services. Perry was so kind and respectful!

Beware this company when it comes to Groupons. Purchased a brake and rotor special for my wife. Both front and back. Upon leaving the first time, they "forgot" to replace my front set. I spoke to the manager and after being there more than half the day, it was done. Fast forward 2mths later, my brakes sound horrible. I took it to a trusted mechanic and my front rotors were never changed as agreed and paid for. My car is worse off now, then before buying the useless groupon. Smh. Definitely check their work or save the headache and go else where.

I was greeted with a very rude front desk person with a very nasty attitude. I’m not sure why he was rude to me. I only asked him a simple question. He was also rude to a customer on the phone. Very unprofessional. The other guys were nice and professional. I truly believe that the rude one should pursue a career that’s not in customer service because he is not a nice person. He was even really nice to two other customers that were in there. I just don’t understand at all. I was sent there by the dealership where I purchased my car. I would never go back there for service. Seems like a nice place though…

I go here for maintenance on my car as well as oil changes. Gustavo is the best. He is very honest each time I go and does not pressure me into getting unnecessary work done. He always calls me into the garage to show me the work he has done and what may need to be done in the future. I’d give him and the shop 10000 stars if possible.
