Put a 30 amp fuse in a 10 amp space.....so the car would not blow the fuse after their work.....hooked power to fuse box instead of battery. Installed non waterproof control box for undercarriage lights under the hood....even though directions and LED glow staff say....mount out of weather and inside vehicle......spoke with LED people and was told also.....warranty is void because not installed properly. Xtreme kept saying it was my car.....even though I have Master Mechanic who does all work on my car ever since I bought it. Confirms that my car was emasculate before they touched it. Took my car to 5 star stereo and they had to competly rewire my car.....as the power wire they installed to move from fuse box to battery has 3 different wires connected together to make a single wire about 8 feet long. There are to many BS things to list.Good luck if you go there!

Some business owners view people as revenue. Some business owners view them as customers who give them the opportunity to do what they love! Dutch LOVES what he does... truly! From the first info seeking stop-in to the pulling away where he’s egging me on to turn the volume up... both Dutch and me had fun! The project... an 81’ Vette with 2 dash Kappa 4x6’s, a custom rear compartment vinyl-clad, color matching box with 2 Kappa 6x9’s facing forward and a 10” JL Audio shallow mount sub firing up. All of it powered with a NESA TD-55 micro-amp that’s hidden in the rear compartment box that is stock on these Vettes. Plus... throw in some blue LEDs in both footbeds and the rear compartment along with a cigarette lighter USB charging port replacement! Dutch kept saying he had fun with it! So did I. How’d it turn out!? I’m too busy cruising Clearwater Beach with the volume jacked to comment more. Thanks, Dutch! PS to those asshats leaving 1 stars... maybe come to the table with something other than your mommy’s milk money and then you’ll like your experience too! lulz!

Didn't even know how to install a plug and play in dash screen on BMW after having me sit there for 2 hours waiting for them to play around with it. And then made me look it up on google to help him. They are a joke.

Ive been to Xtreme with two different vehicles to have subwoofers with amps installed and they have always done a great job. I highly recommend this place for your car audio needs. I will be stopping by soon with my third vehicle.

Called them when I got out of work at 6:20pm, no answer, voicemail says open until 7pm. They texted me at 6:22pm saying they couldn't come to the phone and asked how they could help, ok you can't come to the phone but you can text? Ok whatever. I texted back and asked if I could setup an appointment to bring my car in to troubleshoot my speaker issue, they replied saying "we closed at 6:30" it was 6:24pm. When I texted back and said it's not 6:30 yet and told them their voicemail says 7, they never responded. Not sure if this is lazy, or stupid, or both, but definitely not where I would trust to take my vehicle. Thanks anyway.

Made an appointment to get my car stereo looked at arrived there on time. The door was locked and no one answered the phone. Such bull and waste of a morning and unprofessional!!!

I wish I could rate negative stars here. I had my 03 Jeep WJ in for a light bar and backup camera. The camera went well...but the light bar has been a nightmare. I have been back 3 times. The last time I was back, the owner assured me he was ordering the proper brackets for a 40" bar mounted to the existing roof rack. That was 10 days ago. No word since. I try calling and just get voice mail. These idiots have punched 11 holes in my door frames to get this done. The first brackets were soo bad they let rain in. I had to stop at a rest area and remove the whole set up. At this point I am going to set my attorney on them. I have a mechanic at a local shop that has repaired 3 different vehicles due to wiring fires because of this shop. DO NOT GO THERE!

I didn't hate the place, i hated the customer service. The guy in the front at 1:30pm today 6/23 was dull, uninformative, boring and did not even acknowledged me when i entered the store or got next to him. I had to say hi to the dude for him to tell me "I'll be right with you". Why do i feel like this? Let me give u the short story, when i told him what i needed he didn't answer in detail, he was like " that would be $300 with the install". Not bad but i wanted to know what i was getting as far as style and brand name of the product etc... To top it all off, he disappear from sight without saying anything as if i was done or didn't have any more questions. I waited for him for 5 min or so to come back but he didn't return and just let me there inside the store like a punk. How do you stay in business with poor customer service like this. I will take my money elsewhere. Again, this is the short version of the story.

So I have been customizing my brand new 2024 Honda CRV hybrid sport and I elected to go to Xtreme Audio Fernando and his wife are awesome Fernando is so talented he has been customizing my car for a while now he's installed sunblockers he's installed my hornblaster system he is also going to install my alarm and put a bug blocker protector on the front he is so talented he also installed my stereo system as well and I have been nothing but absolutely ecstatic and pleased with the work that he has done he does not overcharge or try to sell me something that I don't need every time I have come to him and explain to him what I was going what I wanted to do as far as customizing my car he's always giving me a fair price and the time that he has taken he has gotten my car customized and my stereo system and my hornblaster system everything that he has customized on my car has been done in very very good time like the most I've ever went without my car for installation was one day and that was when he installed my hornblaster system and he stayed late to work on it last night and I got my car back today after dropping it off to him yesterday and I highly recommend that if you want to customize your car you bring your car and you tell him what you need or what you want and he will guide you and let you know what is best for your car he does not try to overcharge or oversell he is very knowledgeable and car parts and installation he also installed my dash cam and just he's done such beautiful work him and his wife have always been extremely nice to me always smiling welcoming me keeping me updated and I couldn't be more happier that I chose his business and him to do my customization so if you have any ideas or want to you know just customize your car and trick it out and just make it how you want it to your personality I suggest you go to Xtreme Audio on Drew Street and talk to Fernando and he will take care of you all the way

Came to this place looking for a 5 volt out pioneer touchscreen. Got sold a 2 volt out touchscreen for $299 far more expensive then other places. I see now why he threw in the extra thing needed so u dont need the parking brake . Crutchfield sel this unit for $199. Sad part is I would of paid more for a actual 5 volt out. My girl was trying to help me out and bought it from me. Now I have t either buy another headunit or buy a 2 channel line out converter and a 4 channel line out converter to have the power needed to run my highs mids and sub. Buyer beware will be sold something that you don't really want. Great way to for a business to be.
