A Real Clown Show – Straight Out of Sanford and Son To begin with, this place is filthy, disorganized, and completely lacking professional leadership. I called and spoke with Joe about ordering a trailer hitch for my 2021 MB GLC 300. He told me it would cost around $990.00 because it needed a special wiring harness. Since I was in a hurry, I gave him my credit card information, and he assured me he would order the hitch immediately and call me when it arrived in a couple of days. Five days went by without a call, so I followed up and spoke with Joe’s father, who informed me the hitch hadn’t even been ordered yet. He promised to place the order immediately and let me know when it arrived. A day later, I received a call saying the hitch was in, so I brought my vehicle in the following day. I waited while they installed it, which took over two hours. While I didn’t mind the wait, I couldn’t help but notice how filthy and unkempt the place was. When the job was done, I inspected the installation and noticed there was no wiring harness on the trailer hitch. The manager claimed, “I didn’t know you wanted a wiring harness.” I explained that I had discussed this in detail with Joe when I initially placed the order and had made it clear the wiring harness was required. I expressed my frustration to Joe’s father, noting that I would now need to bring the vehicle back and wait again. I also mentioned that I expected to be charged more since they’d have to go under the vehicle again. He assured me there would be no additional cost, saying, “It won’t cost any more than if we had done it right the first time.” When I returned for the second visit, I received no priority for the service, and they kept my vehicle all day. To my shock, the bill was an additional $588.50, bringing the total to $1,278.65—a far cry from the original $990.00 estimate. Now for the kicker: When I hooked up the rental trailer, I discovered they wired the harness incorrectly. The trailer lights stayed on constantly, whether the vehicle was operating or not. As a result, I had to unplug the trailer every night. Now, I still need to hire someone else to fix their shoddy work. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this business to anyone—not even an enemy. If someone suggests using them, I advise you to run the other way.

Installed a trailer hitch on my vehicle a few months ago. The first time I needed to use my trailer hitch, I tested that both blinkers worked on the trailer before starting my move. The trailer hitch wiring was improperly installed & did not work on my first use. Ridiculous. Had to go have it repaired somewhere else. Take your business somewhere else.
