Matt Harrison (owner) promised an outstanding paint job in 1 week. After 28 days of having the truck, the paint job has spots, is thin and there is additional damage. Went for a quote at the beginning of September. Matt was very nice and helpful and quote was a little less than other quotes we received. He assured us we would love the paint job and that he was a perfectionist. He insisted we pay up front for the paint and then asked us to pay the balance upfront which we reluctantly did to thinking it would be done in 7 days anyway. He also said his customers love the work and he had a lifetime warranty on the work. We dropped off the truck on Monday, 9/7 and was told truck would be done the following Monday. From that point all we had were 28 days of excuses, delays and ignored phone calls and texts. We finally picked up our truck on 10/5. Matt did not have a paint booth and the paint had multiple areas of bubbled paint, specks of dirt in the paint, damage to the chrome on the passenger door. In addition to the poor paint job, he had not finished the promised bedliner respray, and had not installed the tail light and dash cover. After more excuses and ignored texts and calls, dropped off the truck again on 10/21 for wet sanding, respray of bedliner, tail light install and more searching for a dash cover. We were told it would only be one day of work but as expected, it took longer than one day. Picked up 10/24 and noticed the paint still had specks in the paint to which Matt told us that all paint jobs have specks in the paint and that we should be happy with the work that was done (in spite of incomplete and poorly completed work). He told us he was done with us and walked away. So now we are stuck with a poorly painted truck. The roof feels like there is no primer and we are worried the hood is going to start peeling. We never received the dash cover we were told would be included and never received any money back in spite of being told he would refund us some money due to the inconvenience. I think a cheaper Maaco paint job would have been a better paint job than what we have on our truck now! We are now seeing he is/was going out of business so I guess the lifetime warranty is null and void too.

Matt has done body work on my cars for years. The quality is excellent, and his prices are way less than other body shops. Recently my insurance agent referred me to a company who quoted me $1500 to repair my 2020 Toyota Sienna. Matt did it for $600, used a Toyota bumper, and it came out looking like new! Plus he treats you like family. I recommend him to all of my friends.

I had just bought a car a month ago and I had somebody back into my bumper and do some serious damage to my paint on the bumper. I was recommended to go to Matt Harrison‘s shop not only did he give me an amazing price !. and when he exam in the car found out those more problems than we originally estimated he did not change the price although he did more work then was initially discussed , not only was the work impeccable and he got my car back to me as quickly as possible , but he is a caring compassionate person , for us women most of us get over charged and we deal with anything to do with our vehicles this man is not that man this man has a heart and I believe, hid is a follower of a power greater than ourselves because the compassion and caring that comes from him exudes I gave them a 10 star review not a five

It was very bad experience , his finish was really bad , he promised me with 4 day to finish the car , it came to 9 days and he insisted on taking most of the money in advance then the result was not satisfying at all , he promised me to improve its work and he need to order some stuff to treatment the bad appearance ( just to dismiss me ) and i called him many time but he always try to pretend different excuses , i had two dents in the body and one on the bumper, he did the bumper good but the other two dent was very bad although he promised me with 100 % satisfaction , never pay money in advance to him

Harrisons was awesome my car was a mess it needed a new paint job and rob is awesome it was better then new i love it and matt was honest fair and it was ready for the Christmas party so i could show it off to the family. Thank you guys I would recommend and i will be bringing my daughters car in when i get tax return. Also bring cat food these sweet men feed some stray kitties outback. ☆ heard they got a new mechanic thats great one stop car repair so great!!
