i got into my my first car accident last year and wrecked my car. but my parents were forcing me to get the car fixed. so i called about 6 shops and they all told me that my car is too old and has too many miles. but dion came out to look at my car and told me he could fix everything for 1800. im a college student and 1800 is two months of paychecks.but dion told me he would wait until i had the money. and about 2 weeks before i was going to have the full amount,he called me and told me if i was bring my car to his shop the next week,he would take 200$ off the full amount. he even let me pay him half of the cost upfront while he was fixing my car and give him the rest when he was done. he was able to fix my car in a week! and he did some other work on my car for free! this is a great shop to take your car to and they really care!

I got a reference from the manager at Tire Kingdom to use Mad Autobody. I generally always use dealerships to repair my vehicle but thought that I would rather use a local business. I don’t want to leave this review as Dion is a nice guy, but I’m super disappointed in the outcome. I brought my car in to have rock chips on the roof redone. What I’m left with after him redoing it 2 times is swirl marks everywhere, burn marks in the clear. Overspray all over the top of my car. Compound in all the corners by the windows, and quite a few imperfections in the clear coat. He offered the redo it again but I don’t want to bother as this will be the 3rd time the car will be there.

My car needed more work than originally anticipated, and he took the time to correct another shops poor repairs (my car was refurbished), without obligations.
