Stay away from this place it’s a total rip off. They kept my vehicle for weeks, charged for work they didn’t do, ran unauthorized charges on my credit card, and repeatedly lied to me. I have a Nissan kicks displaying a brake error message. I took it into Bob’s on Oct 1 and was told that it needed a new controller and the price would be $2,700.00. I told them that this was more than I wanted to spend and they came back with a price of $1,300.00 and I approved the work. A day or so later Bob’s called saying that the owner wanted to get a $300.00 deposit for the part. I have never had an auto shop do this. I approved it if it meant the car would be fixed sooner. A day later I found that they had charged the entire 1,300.00 on my card without my authorization. This is credit card fraud. I finally got the car back on Oct 14th with Bob’s saying it took longer because there was shipping delays on the part. But in a few days the same brake error message came up. I took it back to them on Oct 21 and they claimed it was a bad part saying it would take 2 days to ship the part back, 2 days to get a new part back and more time to get it installed. I went to the shop on the 25th to check and was told that the part supplier needed a better picture of the needed part so the whole shipping explanation was just a lie. I picked up the car on Oct 28th and took it to the Nissan dealer who confirmed that the part needed, the controller, had never been replaced as the one in the car had rust on it. At this point they have $1,300 of my money they will not return for a vehicle that they did not fix or repair and kept for over 3 weeks.
