This was my first time here. I needed to have my brakes done on my SUV and being somewhat new to the area I didn't know where to go. I happened to find Bob's auto repair on Groupon. I called first and spoke to Mike. He was able to work with my crazy work schedule and got me in the next morning. As a woman, it's hard to find a mechanic to trust. Mike and his techs went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience. Bada Bing Bada Boom. In and out. Great service. Needed air in tire. Air in tire is what I got. Much appreciate 👍🏾😁🤗 ...And yet here we are again, smooth sail. My headlight said it was nice working with you. I came in after work and as I got some studying done guess what?! 🤩 The aquarium is marvelous, the service impeccable and I got to draw on the chalk board! 😁 I appreciate!

This place and this crew are AMAZING! From the initial phone call to check availability (Kody) answered, the fantastic reception upon arrival (Kody again!) and the amazing service I received by the mechanic (Hunter). These two really are exeplemetry employees who make a customer want to do business with them again. I called I asked how much the charge would be to diagnosis the problem I was having and was told no charge to check my car It was looked at and repaired I was not charged the mechanic said no charge and the problem was fixed. I highly recommend taking your car there and the people are so nice and very friendly.

Bob's Auto Repair is awesome. Ken and Mike are the most professional, friendly, trustworthy guys in this industry you could find to business with. That in itself is huge. Their advice and repairs on my BMW was very fair and reasonable. I will not go anywhere else. They took their time to explain everything in detail about the service that my BMW needed and made me realize I finally found the rare auto repair shop I can feel good about and not expect sticker shock or needless repairs. Highly recommend.

Love this place! Mike and Andre are awesome guys…Super nice, professional, efficient, thorough, and kind. Fast service and Mike went above and beyond the call of duty, quickly fixing my displaced gas cap cover plate and teaching me something I didn’t know about my car that I’ve been driving for 6 years! The gas cover plate locks when the car is locked…and prying it open with a key 🤦🏼♀️ is a bad idea. Which is what I did 🤭 to mess it up. He generously gave me his time, expertise, and knowledge so I won’t encounter this problem again, and fixed it perfectly in just a few minutes. At no charge! Mike humbly made it look like such an easy fix, but I’m ever so grateful! I thought I had irreparably damaged it and would have to pay a body shop to fix it. What an unexpected and pleasant surprise 🤗 Thank you sincerely Mike! What a relief 😅 I’ll def be coming back here when my car needs any kind of service. I recommend Bob’s Auto Repair 💯 ‼️

Bob's found issues that Pep boys could not and they fixed it without having to deal with carvana. Carvana sold me a damaged vehicle. Carvana refused to honor certification they gave. I had to get it repaired. Guys at Bob's found it and fixed it. They know what they are doing! Will go back.

But once Mike checked it out and discovered the screw hadn’t punctured the tire, he removed it at no charge and sent him on his way! So Cody is outstanding. We are from out of town with a rental vehicle and the valet at hotel caused a bolt underneath (protective grill) the car to come off. We pulled in and Cody new exactly what it was, went underneath the car and fixed in 5 minutes. This young man has superb customer service skills and I appreciate his integrity. I also spoke with the manager who was also friendly and had a sincerity about him as well. Thank you very much!!!

These guys were Great! I just got done replacing the ball joints, tie rods and ends on my 1995 Ford F250 and they did probably the first alignment it had had in 10 years or more, since before my buddy owned it before me! And when they were done with her she drove nice and straight! Felt good to have all the work I did put into place!!! And the price wasn't bad either! Thank you Bob's!
