So unprofessional, the real customer service kicked in when Arturo R. definitely tried to take my money after they worked on my car and made it worst, and wanted me to pay the labor for the screw up. My car sounded like the bottom was about to drop out after they competed $800 dollars of repairs in 20 minutes. I guess Arturo feels that other people took advantage of me with my car and he was going to do the same too. Plus my car was dented in the back when I left it with them. Thank God this is America because I know that my credit card company was Not going to pay K Tire, Inc if I had to file a claim against them.. They really need to just stick with selling tires.★☆☆☆☆ 9 months ago

Arturo is a great guy!! He knows how to fix a car!! He won’t rip you off - tells you up front how much it will cost. And you won’t be without your car for weeks on end either! He is bilingual too, a plus!
