I was not happy with the service here. First, they didn’t inform me of all of the required maintenance items when I checked in my vehicle. I was getting my 100K mile service and they failed to inform me at check in that the timing belt was recommended. Then they suggested replacement of air filters that the maintenance minder didn’t recommend. Lastly, they told me that they would give me a 15% military discount when I checked in my vehicle. Then when I picked up my vehicle they said that their maximum discount they would allow was $150 and not the promised 15%. I had to ask to talk to the manager, but even he tried to not give me this discount. They tried to tell me that the computer wouldn’t allow them to give me the full 15%. They finally relented after I insisted and somehow magically the computer allowed them to do it. I don’t think they were being honest with me.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, efficient and caring company to service their Honda. I have been going to Auto Nation Honda for years and they have always given me excellent service. I get a 21 Point Inspection with my oil change which gives me a very clear idea of the condition of my car and what areas need to be addressed. I find this service extremely helpful and is the reason my 28 year old Honda is still going strong. AK.

I had quite a bit of work done on my Honda. I was very happy with my Advisor, Isaiah, and my Technician, Tony. They both kept me up to date on the work needed and the progress. The cost was fair and the repairs were perfect. They were both knowledgeable and easy to talk with, I did have a few questions. I highly recommend them. The dealership itself was clean and beautiful.

First of all I had made an appointment to test drive a Honda HR-V at 3:00 pm on 5/29/25 at Auto Nation Honda in Clearwater Fl. I arrived right on time and found out that the sales representative that I made the appointment with was off this day. That is when I was introduced to Ms. Lucianoa. She began by telling me she would be helping me today. She started off with just some general questions about what brought me in today. Nothing personal about her but I could tell she was fairly new by the way she represented herself. I even asked her how long she had worked at Honda. This experience wasn’t as good as it could have been. When I asked questions or stated information, Ms. Lucianoa would have to ask the guy in the next cubby. I actually felt more pressure from the sales manager when I was unhappy with the amount the payment would be. I had share that I couldn’t afford a payment for more than $400. Monthly. Then I meet with your financial department. I understand that this is where some money is made by add ones. I declined multiple offers until he lowered by interest rate and made the protection plan within my budgeted price. I am a happy HR-V owner but my experience was nothing to be proud of. I spent four hours of my valuable time and felt mentally exhausted at the end of this experience. Respectfully Patricia Belcher

Another outstanding experience with the service department. They took care of me answering all my questions and in a timely manner. The waiting area is very clean and relaxing to stay while my vehicle was being serviced with plenty of drinks and snacks. I always enjoy going there to service my vehicle. The salesperson and salesmanager who originally took care of me greeted me. I couldn't believe they remember who I was. Thanks again for a great experience

I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in. Brendan my service advisor was wonderful. I had a coupon for another dealership but wasn’t able to use it so he gave me a discount that they had available. I was was there about an hour. They washed my car and helped me with some questions about the features on my car. He was very helpful and I will be having all my future services done here. The service area is very clean and comfortable.

This was the best car buying experience. I’d already been to 5 different dealerships and they all just dragged the process along. But then I called Chelsea and she gave me the answers I needed in about 5 minutes. I drove from 2 hours away to check out the car. She went above and beyond to help me secure the perfect car for my family! Jay the finance person was also great and showed me all the offers. He wasn’t pushy and seemed to have my concerns at heart. The used car I was buying needed a few edits and the service team knocked them out and it looks gorgeous! When my wife needs an upgrade, we will be making the drive again to have this team help us, it’ll be worth it!

This place rocks!!! Chelsea was amazing! Let me explain. We have been looking all over Florida for a new Certified Pre-owned Honda CR-V and have had numerous dubious car dealerships put a good deal car on their website only to discover when we got there it never existed. (Ask for a video of the car with the VIN to prove its actually there) We went to AutoNation Clearwater after calling and verifying the car was actually there. When we arrived, they had it out front waiting for us ready to test drive. Chelsea, our sales person, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and had all the carfax data ready for us when we walked in. They showed the car had minor damage that was repaired and when I went to the maintenence department they showed me everything I asked for to satisfy me as to the repairs. When it came time to make a decision, I asked for them to change the CVT oil and transaxel fluid as part of the deal. They agreed. We were done in 2 hours. The store was clean and well lit. The people were courteous and the deal was fair. I would recommend at least visiting this place if in need of a CPO Honda.
