The time spent waiting for my car was WAY longer than I was told (30 min versus 3 1/2 hours). Alex apologized profusely. Although I enjoyed the snacks and drinks in the lounge, I was disappointed that tea was no longer an option. I liked the new set up, however, and there were two tvs to choose from. Wow, what a GREAT Service Team! I tried getting a recall repair performed at a different local Honda dealer and was stuck in an endless loop of "we will call you when the parts arrive" phone calls. Autonation and my service advisor Virginia Costello were amazing, and a stark night and difference from the other local dealer! I made the appointment, Virgina greeted me at my vehicle, told me how long it would take and then toured me around the newly decorated customer waiting room. Her time estimate for the repair was precise at 3 hours, she fetched me out of the lounge, identified a ufew other needs and sent me on my way. That is exactly what I (and I bet every other ciustomer in the world) would like from a dealers service dept. Thank you Virginia, and thank you Autonation.
