Hands down the worst service center I've used with Ford. I called the Service Manager twice and never received a call back! The body shop and sales are great. The service department doesn't communicate with each other and the owner needs to know.

Disappointed with the service practices. 2 weeks in service and 1k out of pocket and the vehicle was no better than when I brought it in... The sales team never followed up on my new car purchase inquiry either.

I purchased a bronco from ferman ford and within a few months I already need repairs on the cylinders in my engine, breaks, windows and not to mention when they ordered the parts they never called me and I waited for weeks so I called them and they said they don’t know why no one called me and didn’t apologize or have anything to say about that. Needles to say I am very unsatisfied and do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Don’t work with Stephen, he is extremely unprofessional in office and over the phone. He talks horribly about other customers/calls them names to his co workers and in front of new customers in office. They’ll also overcharge you once the work to your car is done so there’s nothing you can do about it. Slimy and do not recommend.

Good Morning Ford Employees and Ford Customers! This message is not for the Ford Dealership. This message is for someone name Rocco, who works there. I am in Construction Business, but when I don’t have work, I do Delivery with Uber Eats and DoorDash to provide for my Family . This Morning, Rocco order from Einstein Bros. And when I receive the order, it was for $8.08 For 7 mile back-and-forth. I accept the order and Delivered Successfully, told the him to Enjoy and have a great day. One hour later Uber Eats send me a message saying you receive a total of $5 dollars after customer reduced the amount. <Now, I have a question for Rocco Would you come 7 miles back-and-forth with your car, your gas, your mileage, your time, including chance for accident and leave your kids home with no income for $5 dollars?> This message today was sent just to show Employees and Customers at Ford who they working with, Thank you for having the time to read this message. Made appt for oil change and inspection. 2hrs and 15 minutes later they say or air filter is dirty after they pulled the truck out of the garage. Did we want it changed they could pull it back in. Absolutely not. What should have been tops 1 hr was 2:15 minutes. Had same service done at other dealerships never has it taken that long. New to this area but will never return here. Oh and $20 more for same service else where

I should have known better than to purchase a vehicle here. Eric and Peter who got me into the vehicle were great but the service department is absolute trash. I purchased my vehicle end of July. This will be the FOURTH time it is in service for the same issue. Beth and the rest of the team gaslit me into thinking the leak is “residual” and kept saying everything is “dry as a bone” and yet again I have ANOTHER WATER LEAK!!! Things don’t appear to be “dry as a bone”. I desparately wish I could get out of this purchase. I was in a desperate time of need and now I feel like I’ve made a huge mistake.

It took over a month, an appointment where they weren't able to sucessfully perform the service, and multiple follow-up calls on my part before they finally got the part and did the repair/service. The service management is incredibly unprofessional and not respectful of the customer's time.The mechanics themselves don't seem to know what they're doing either. 2 weeks after the repair, the part they replaced is not working again, and an additional, connected part is now broken. So, not only did they do a very poor repair, they actually created a new problem. I called to get it re-repaired, and they said the earliest appointment they could give me was over 2 weeks out.

William, the Assistant Manager Ford Service parts is phenomenal. Great customer service upfront. Great customer service at all calls during service and even following up days after I picked up my car. Got all I needed fixed and car is running back to normal. Not sure how much influence he has on the other staff, but they seemed to be all nice and helpful individuals as well. Been here a few times in the past and didn't have as well as an experience, both sales and service. Glad I gave them another opportunity and they delivered. Service team >>> Sales team just saying. Great job by William and team.

I purchased my Vehicle on 05/03/ 24. My sales person Leo was great. I returned to Ferman Dealership service department to have my headlight lenses replaced a few days later.. My lenses were not adjusted appropriately and I discovered it when I had to go out that very same day at night. My driver's side headlight were aiming very low. Visibility was very poor. Also not all of the plastic pins were replaced on my vehicle. I was told by David the service rep that they didn't have those Honda parts and I would have to pay for it. I asked if I could have my windshield washer reservoir cap replaced because it was dry rotted and was told I would have to pay for it. I spend over 22,000 dollars for my Vehicle and I was provided with very poor service. Another case of once they have your money you are no longer important. Alma Pagan😞

The most incompetent shop. 1. They scratched my Raptor R, $160k truck, with only 300 miles on it. They want to fix it their way, not my way. They damaged it, it's their responsibility to resolve it in my way of my choice, at my shop. 2. Told them to do a 10k mile checkup, but do not change the oil, as I just did that myself and use a higher quality oil. They ended up not listening and changed the oil, but at least refunded me for the price of the oil I use. Either way, I had to waste time to do the same thing I just did again. 3. Was in their shop for brakes and rotors for 2 weeks, while also in for a faulty turn signal. They ignored the faulty turn signal for the 2 weeks it took to fix something as simple as brakes. I understand it took 2 weeks to get the brake parts in, but they didn't address the turn signal issue during that time. They told me my truck is ready to be picked up, and when picked up the faulty turn signal persisted. 4. Took it in about a week later when I could get another appointment, again, for the faulty turn signal. It took about another 2 weeks to get the part. They installed it and told me it's ready to be picked up. I pick it up and drive for a while, and when I used the turn signal, the problem still existed. Did they not test that the turn signal was still faulty before telling me to pick it up? It shouldn't take a cumulative amount of 4 weeks to try to fix a faulty turn signal, just to pick it up with the existing problem. It is so frustrating to have my truck in the shop for so much time. I understand sometimes parts takes a while, but while parts are showing up, they could've used that time to focus and repair what needed to be. It's also super frustrating that whenever I pick the truck up, the interior is absolutely filthy with dust.

I like to thank Larry Gentile for taking time to get my refund accomplished on his end for battery recall that was that I bought with 5 year warranty from AutoZone. Excellent customer service in parts dept for seeing through what really transpired. Once again this restored my faith in Furman Ford.

The service department will damage your vehicle and only give you the option of repairing it their way. If you want the repair to be handled by a shop of your choice, that’s not going to happen, but they will make it seem like it’s a possibility and string you along through an arduous process. They will say that they will cover the costs of repair only if you give them a good survey from Ford, essentially bribing you, and they will beg you for that good survey. In the end, whether you give Ferman Ford a good survey or not, they will not fulfill their words. Just like a lot of dealerships, this one reneges, but on a higher ludicrous level of bribing customers with empty promises for good surveys to Ford, while leaving you empty, at a loss, and exhausted from their games. What dealership offers empty bribes to customers for their fault? I would never suggest anyone do business with this dealership. This is coming from someone who has a Raptor R and they damaged it new.

Adam is good because he knows how to fix the mistakes of others like the air intake that wasn't connected at all and other problems. We've had water intrusion since purchase. "Repaired" 4x The trunk will randomly close on you while you're putting things in or taking things out. Worked on at least 3 times. Sensors replaced 2x, the struts replaced as well. The gasket for the door blew out. That was replaced. The speaker for the same water intrusion door became crackle. It should have been replaced brand new. They just took one from "a like vehicle". Violates the law. Battery has died 4 times now since 2022. This time it cracked and the tray also had to be replaced since the acid ate the bolts. During the last battery problem, they also found oil leaked, and the air intake was not connected from January to April. It was barely touching on either side. There have been many more problems that are documented. Ferman is zero help in providing all documentation to Ford Motor Co. to review for the but back program, possibly because they have had mechanics work on my vehicle they have had to fire. Ferman, keeps breaking my vehicle more than fixing it then didn't provide the proper paperwork to FMCO for the buy back program costing me money for a lawyer to get this taken care of. I've emailed the head of Ferman Ford twice to try and work things out with zero response from him. We're 35+ year customers of the dealership within our family, but get zero respect as long time loyal customers. Also heard we aren't the only ones being treated this way. Even after they broke my seat belt and returned it to me broken. (Thank you Ken for being amazing and fixing it) Passenger door still leaks after 4 fixes since July 22 delivery. Ferman response is "yeah, that happens sometimes". Worst customer service. Place has been terrible since Ferman put their name on it. Over 100 pages of problems and counting with this vehicle recorded on the Repair Orders we have, but their warranty person will not give the full and accurate information for a buy back. Dishonest company! Oh and they never disclosed that the vehicle I had custom made was damaged in transit and they did repairs before presenting and selling it to me. I'll never buy another vehicle from here.
