My insurance company set me up to have my windshield replaced by Advanced Auto Glass. Reading the reviews on here I got a little nervous but everything went great. The gentleman who came by to do my windshield replacement was prompt and professional. He showed up on time and I had no issues at all. My windshield was on backorder from Toyota so they had to delay my service a day, but they called me to inform me they would need to do so the day beforehand.★★★★★ a year ago

The lack of communication at this place is ridiculous, I’ve never experienced anything like it. I had an appointment to get my glass fixed on Friday so that I could sell my truck. They had my address, insurance card and everything was set but I never received a confirmation and no one ever showed up. I’ve sent them multiple text messages that have not been answered and my calls go straight to voicemail. I’m wondering if they didn’t block my number to avoid any issues they caused. I figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe there was an emergency or someone was sick. But I haven’t heard from anyone in a week. I’d say just find someone else to get your glass fixed. Edit: 6/24/22 Just found out today that this place filed a fraudulent claim against my insurance and am now filing a police report and pursuing legal action against them. I was scheduled for 1:00-3:00, Jason was here at 1:00, had replaced the windshield on my Wrangler in half an hour.
