We had Ed come out to diagnose an AC unit that wasn’t cooling (we have two) on our RV. He quickly determined that the unit needed to be replaced, and provided a quote. The unit was ordered the same day , and was replaced two days later in right around an hour-and-a-half. Cooling now wonderfully!! Ed is professional, courteous, and a no-nonsense tech. This is the second issue we’ve called him on (the other was a water pump issue) and will continue to call on him for any future needs. I highly recommend Sharp RV Services, you won’t be disappointed.

Everything was working except our electric jacks he came got the Jacks working said it was the battery. Of course he hooked the batteries up wrong melted them and had to get two more. Within 3 days nothing is working. We paid him 600.00, 400.00 in batteries, 700.00 on a new converter and we have no power . Had to throw food .away, I have been sleeping in my car and taking cold showers until I can get more money next month to call someone that can figure out what happened. I would highly recommend this gentleman If you want your life to go from being fairly good to being a total expensive mess. This is all because we needed to get our electric jacks working to move our camper across the street. I am sure you will respond this is all my fault. Oh I forgot to add that we bought two additional new batteries and he was kind enough to offer to take the two batteries we paid 224.00 the day before off our hands for free I am sure so he could recharge and resale since they were new. Up date to review new converter/inverter installed batteries still do not charge, no lights nothing that works on 12volt specialist coming Monday still say it has do with battery being installed the first time backward. Everyone makes a mistake however an expert should stand behind their mistake.
