2025.01.20 UPDATE: I had to take my vehicle to have a recall repair completed, and I was lucky enough to have Logan as my Service Advisor once again. His customer service skills and professionalism are second to none. He is patient, respectful and maintains constant communication while the job is being performed. Thank you, once again, Logan! Logan managed to deliver excellent customer service after some frustration had built up for not hearing back from the service department. However, once Logan took over the case on Friday last week, my issue was resolved ahead of schedule on Monday. Logan truly demonstrated appreciation for my business and made sure the service issue with my vehicle was resolved to my expectations. Although I had never worked with Logan before, I will continue working with him as my service advisor as long as I remain a Crown Acura customer. Thank you Logan.

Appointment was actually a really great experience! Comfortable waiting area with WiFi, coffee, etc. Communication with Logan Lane by text messages to my phone. Which is huge and necessary with busy schedule. Service also was completed when promised. Wonderful to know I can trust Crown Acura with my car!! Oh and they vacuumed and washed it! No charge!!
