I can’t speak to the quality of work- didn’t get that far in the process-customer service and communication need improvement. AAA gave us a list of recommended body shops, I called the Walker Ford body shop first thing in the morning, explained they were on the recommended list, the adjusters report, confirmed the process and see if there is anything else I could/should do or bring with me- let them know I could bring it by at the end of the day. I brought the car after work, and suddenly they are booked, 3 months behind on AAA and have now asked AAA to stop referring people here. I get it- Florida drivers are awful and volume must be high. I did my due diligence-I called them, I communicated-why couldn’t they communicate that very useful information on the phone. The guy in the office refused to give me a manager’s name to complain to. I would have called the next body shop on the list and gotten on with my day. Their inability to take in new vehicles should have been the first thing they said on the phone, or at any point during a 3 minute conversation.

I appreciate Walker Ford helping me out during a difficult time, my industry had been down almost a year and finally had work but had to put my car in the body shop for repair right when I had 30 days of work, it took a little over 30 days to get car back on the road, but in the meantime they gave me a loaner car to use no charge while they repaired my car, could not have gotten to work this month without it. Picked up my car and looks like new. But it was more than the repair of the car that impressed me, it was that they helped me in a time of need.
