Had a great experience w/this dealership, specifically with Greig Larsen, our sales associate. After having several negative experiences trying to purchase a car elsewhere, Greig made it really enjoyable. Everywhere else we went, salespeople & dealerships tried doing bait & switch tactics, advertising the price of the vehicle as one thing, then trying to sneak in several thousands of dollars of unneeded, unwanted add-ons at the end of the deal and trying to tell us they were mandatory. Not here. Greig was entirely up front and professional, and the price was the price, plus the expected dealer fee's, doc fee's, & taxes that you'd expect at any dealership. No underhanded tactics, none of that. He gave my wife and I the privacy needed to fully inspect the car as well, since we were buying a used vehicle and wanted to make sure everything was in working condition. Zero pressure tactics, etc. He even worked with us on the price a little bit to help us get it within our budget. We came out the door with a great used vehicle at a fair price and had a great experience. Also a shout out to the finance manager Joseph, who was just as professional. We bought our first ever MCB here after looking at several other brands to replace my wife's ailing Jeep. From Kia, Lexus, Ford, BMW, we were treated so-so to very nicely, but from the moment we approached the Certified Used section at MCB, we were greeted as customers who mattered. John Boraski opened the door for us and was transparent from the introduction on. When we sat on the decision for a month, he was always happy to answer my emails.Let's face it, we're not buying an S class or an AMG, but our patronage mattered to them just the same. Despite looking for a GLC from multiple sources, John helped guide us to the benefits of buying Certified Pre-Owned. It gave us the confidence we wanted as first time Mercedes owners. The right GLC came in and it was time to pull the trigger and surprise my wife for Valentine's Day. The transaction was so smooth. I was there all of 90 minutes. My 5 year old got a key chain as a "future driver" and John didn't even wince when she tried to climb the ladder of the $227k G Wagon! My window was very small to get the car before before she came home from work and John offered to bring it to my house, complete with a bow and goody bag. It was the best surprise my wife has ever gotten. She's completely enamored with her car. MCB Clearwater has earned our business for life! Thanks again, John!
