★★★★★ He just left and I didn't want to wait to give him 5 stars. He's quick, professional, and does good work. My fridge and air conditioner went out and I have an extended warranty. He came out, diagnosed the issue without costing me anything out of pocket, immediately filed the claim, had parts installed within 5 days of diagnosing the problem, and 3 of those days were a holiday weekend. The other guy I tried going through charged me $300 out of pocket and couldn't file the claim within 1.5 weeks of diagnosis. I'd have had no AC or fridge for a month if I didn't eat the cost to get rid of that guy and call Zach. All I paid Zach was my $100 deductible after he was done.
