Purchased an oil change and tire rotation voucher on Groupon and day of service they refused to rotate our tires due to condition but it is nowhere listed on the Groupon that they can deny the service. We have already prepaid and specifically chosen jiffy lube for the tire rotation included otherwise would have chosen another shop to do it for less than half the price. Jay the supervisor refused to accommodate the costumer and would not budge. Mentioned the money would have to come out of his workers' paycheck.

I tried to save a few dollars by coming here for an oil change instead of going to the dealership. Well, I was not due for another one yet and my car was leaking oil and my check engine light came on. Turns out my oil filter wasn’t tightened properly by the last person who did my oil change….which was here….and all of the oil leaked out of my car. I’m lucky no permanent damage was caused to my engine. Would not recommend this place.

Car just turned 100,000 miles. Needed to have some things taken care of according to manual. Servicemen did exactly what I asked. Still have some work to be done, will be taking it back to Coachmen Jiffy Lube in a couple of months. Professional and they don't try to sell you the store!

I’ve come here for an oil change for at least a year. Good service. But, the one thing that was overpriced was a $20.99 additional charge for 1.40 quarts of extra oil. He said the oil change they give 5 quarts. My van took 6.40 quarts. That’s a lot of money for less than 2 quarts.

I had been taking my vehicle to TAKE 5 on Gulf to Bay for several years until they stripped the oil change plug and caused me $1700 in damages. So I needed to find a new oil change service. Today I took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube and had a great experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable and quick. AND THEY DIDN'T CAUSE $1700.00 IN REPAIRS LIKE TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE ON GULF TO BAY BLVD DID.

I took my car in for a regular oil change, they cracked the O ring and sent me on my way. The hood of my car filled with oil that leaked throughout the car and cost me $1000 in repairs. When I called the shop, they ignored me and hung up on me. When I did contact them, they told me it was a recall issue, but I had no prior problems with it. It's been weeks and I am still waiting on a response. Now taking it to small claims court...

Rip off! Brought a coupon in and it ended up being more than the coupon. Like $41.00 more. They actually did not include other fees like shop fees and taxes . They add that on after coupon. I can do this oil change myself for $50 rather than pay $102 with a coupon or pay over $140 without a coupon. Ridiculous when oil change was supposed to be $68 with coupon. After adding all BS fees on top which should be included with coupon. No savings at all. I will do it myself next time

Update: Now you can’t find my name, I can take a picture of your Bullshit quote and post it right on your page along with a worker of yours that you fired for not lying to people and telling them they need brakes when they don’t need brakes !!! I found his post along with somebody else who came to you and you did a transmission flush and caused over $1000 worth of damage to a vehicle that was perfectly fine before you put your hands on it and then you didn’t wanna fix the problem and you were rude to the guy! I can post all of the complaints. I have found online about this particular location. It’s scary. I came in for a simple stress-free oil change and left with ridiculous estimates for things I didn’t even ask about. 600+ Dollars for front brake pads and rotors? I know I’m a female but how stupid do I look? Over $300 for a battery? Brake fluid change? I can go to any auto parts store get a battery for a heck of a lot cheaper than $300 and they would install it for free. I’ve heard no grinding whatsoever so I highly doubt my rotors are bad. I came here for my oil changes because I thought it was an honest place, but after these estimates for things, I didn’t even ask about, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

On 2/24/26, I went in for an oil change at Jiffy Lube in Clearwater, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Everyone was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Brian was kind and very informative, guiding me on what to do and what to look for regarding my oil change. Troy took the time to thoroughly explain all my vehicle’s needs and was truly happy to be of service. Jay, who was in the bay, carefully checked underneath my car to ensure there were no oil leaks—and I’m happy to report everything was dry and clean.
