I recommend this establishment to anyone needing their cars serviced. Altin treats everyone like family and his prices are fair to say the least. Before going to Apex auto solutions I called 4 other places and they were the cheapest, but definitely made us feel like family. Me and my husband took our car there for AC work that the dealer quoted us $3500 and Altin at Apex did the work for $1200

Great job, this guy is very trustworthy. I was on vacation to Clearwater FL, I am from Georgia, our car broke down and it was the same day we had to drive back home AND it was a Sunday. I can’t say enough good things about this shop and its owner, Dario. We were in Indian Rocks Beach vacationing and the brake fluid on my Rover started leaking on a Friday night. We were able to get back to our rental but could not drive it. We called Saturday morning at 8am. He gave us the number for a tow truck company that he recommended, our car got picked up and he had our car fixed by 6:00 that evening! To find a shop open on a Saturday, that works on foreign cars, and fixes it in a day is nothing short of a miracle. Dario even stayed 2 hours after he closed just to finish up so we could get back to Atlanta on Monday. Highly recommend this fine establishment.

Our truck had a broken thermostat housing and the owner here was absolutely amazing and kind. He not only charged me less than everyone else, he was fair. He got it done in less than 2 hours. He kept me updated on progress and showed me the broken part up front. He even fixed an air leak I wasn't aware of. If you need work from an honest person go here. The entire process was effortless. Before discovering Apex Auto, I contacted several places, but either no one answered or they had no availability for weeks. Altin picked up my call right away and was eager to assist me. He traveled to diagnose my vehicle's issue, went above and beyond by personally going to the store to get a new battery, and then returned to install it. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Great experience and will return. Being a single woman going to the garage is a nightmare. This experience was completely different. They were very honest and informed me of my car issues in detail. Called them on a Sat morning and they got me in immediately that morning. When I arrived my car was taken in so quick I never even got my belongings out. It was amazing. Called in thinking I needed a new alternator and showed up with the part. Alton was able to determine that it likely wasn’t a problem with the alternator and guessed it’d be an issue with the battery. Upon further inspection, he was right! Huge shout out to Altin, Owner of Apex Auto Solutions LLC in Clearwater. My vehicle dash was popping up a message “auxiliary battery malfunction” this is a secondary battery for my vehicle which controls all the electrical components in my vehicle such as the backup camera seats, push start, safety controls/features etc. After researching what it was, I bought a battery and called up Apex to see if they could put this battery in for me and how much would they charge (This was after I called another place that quoted me $200 for this 15 to 20 minute job at most, which I immediately said no thank you, because I realized they were trying to take advance of my situation)… And though I could’ve done this job myself, I’m just too busy, always going going going, and I didn’t really want to put another thing to do, on my list of things to do. So I googled auto repair shops and Apex popped up. I called and explained what was going on and Altin met me at his shop, after giving me a very fair and reasonable price. I brought my car down and he began his work, removing components to get to where the aux battery was, only to find out that the auto store sold me the wrong part. (Not the employees fault). He then reassembled my vehicle and I returned the wrong part to the store, and found I needed to order the part and wait for delivery (that was a week ago). Well, Today my auxiliary battery (the correct one) came in and I called Altin at Apex back and he once again, went out of his way, left where he was, and met me at his shop, I gave him a little extra than what he quoted me because he had already started the job once and needed to do it again. His kindness in helping me by not taking advantage of me by not over charging me and by him going out of his way to fix a part in my vehicle, if left unfixed could’ve resulted in possible larger problems, left a huge impression on me. He is honest, kind, and fair, and I find him to be trustworthy in his work. I find it only fitting that he receive my review of the highest regards. If and when I need work done again, Altin at Apex is my go to! Thank you again Altin! You have no idea the amount of stress you helped lift off my shoulders. Altin honest and fair. I had AC issues for a couple weeks and thought I needed a compressor that another mechanic diagnosed but couldn’t do. Took it here and he gave me prices up front and said he would do his homework to confirm the issue and keep me posted. Thankfully he did because I didn’t end up needing a compressor and spent a lot less money than expected. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
