Dan went above and beyond to help us get our camper back working with a new AC. He took care of all the paperwork with the extended warranty and made it a priority to get us comfortable again since we had severely damaged house from the two hurricanes.

Abby & I live in our 5 year old RV full time, just paid it off! The generator & leveling system are not working. So we made an appointment with Dan the RV Man.
Came on time, found the problem on the generator, had it fixed in 20 minutes. Found the problem on the level system & helped me order the parts. Workers today in everything from a coffee clerk to an ER doctor, just all seem to be ok with “Sorry I Can’t”

I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews. However, Dan came out when my fridge stopped working. His assessment was a complete replacement - charging me $582 for his time and to check for any gas leaks.
Replacing the fridge would be upwards of $1,000 plus his labor cost.
So, I got a second opinion. Turns out it was a simple blown fuse issue. I would expect an expert to assess such a simple problem quickly and accurately. I feel like he should have caught the problem initially and not insisted on a new fridge install and on high labor costs.

We had an issue with both of our slides and only a few days before we embarked on a two month trip. We called Dan on a Saturday and within a few hours he was at our home diagnosing our problem and getting our big slide retracted for us. He sensed our anxiety over getting on the road, and was able to order and replace a motor on our bedroom slide. I cannot say enough positive things about him and his professionalism.

Dan came out and examed our auto leveler and helped us find a solution. Due to our itinerary, there was not time to replace the part. He did not charge us anything which surprised me. Dan was knowledgeable and checked everything. If you need RV repair, Dan is the Man to have it done!
