I have reached out to other repair shops, only because I wasn't able to get to the shop because of the distance and my car wouldn't make it that far. I was quoted an extremely outrageous price. I called this shop.... brought my car in, and it was determined the other shop lied to me about the what was actually wrong with my car. So bottom line....I love the honesty, costs and Dale.... Very unprofessional. I needed my radiator fan replaced. They charged me $1000. When they did the service the messed more things up. I paid them through Apple Pay. They didn’t provide me with a receipt and stopped answering me after a while. I my car blew a head gasket 3 weeks after getting it serviced here. They were not helpful at all. Just took my money and caused more problems.

By far my FAVORITE, most reliable, trustworthy mechanic in Arizona and as female that’s hard to find!!! I’ve never referred so many people to one place in my life, and I’ve never heard anyone say ANYTHING bad. When I stray away from national corporations im always spectacle of the quality of service to be provided but Dale of all people has NEVER let me down. If you need work done small or big)….at least try it before you knock it…right? Mark my words - I will come to Dale to fix all my car issue - EVEN if I could do it myself!

My best friend has been going to Dale for years. She said he was fair in his pricing and did great work so I gave him a try. On one occasion, I got my fluids flushed and a few more things. Dale commented on the receipt I gave him and asked me if that’s how much I spent on an oil change. I had went to Big O Tires and spent about $59 plus tax for a synthetic oil change. Dale started commenting on the price and said that he could do my oil change for way cheaper. I confirmed with him that it would be cheaper even with synthetic oil and he said yes. Fast forward about a month and a half later. I take my car in for an oil change and was appalled when I looked at the invoice. Dale charged me $85 for an oil change. When I confronted him, he advised me it was because my car needed synthetic. This legit blew me especially when I know I can take my car to the dealership, get all of my fluids topped, and a basic car wash for roughly the same price. This whole interaction made me feel like I’ve been getting played every time I’ve brought my car to him. Fair pricing is what I expect from a mechanic, the whole bait and switch is something I can’t trust. If I can’t trust you, I don’t trust the services that are provided. Although my last experience wasn’t what I expected, I recommended Dale to my sis in law. She needed new brakes as well as control arms for her vehicle. Dale completed the work very efficiently for a great price. She was so excited after she picked up her vehicle, she says she feels like she’s driving a brand new car.

I called Dale the Thursday morning before Christmas because my car had a check engine light on. He said he could get me in early the next day- which was a blessing! He text me Thursday afternoon to get car details and text me the estimate which I thought was great so I can plan my money! He drove the car to my house (I live close) after the repairs and we were able to test drive it and it worked great. Weeks later, still no issues with what he fixed. I plan on hitting him up because my brakes are squeaking! Thanks Dale for the great, quick and affordable work. Great service. Worth every penny.
