Called and was willing until I asked for a simple freon reclamation due to compressor still being in warranty, it changed to " ah well not really taking new customers" not taking anymore of the very thing needed to operate....10-4 headed elsewhere.

The only place I will go for my cars. They are honest on what needs to be fixed. And if you don't have the money to fix all of the problems at once, they break it down for you tell you what needs too be done so you can keep your car going. Very friendly. Treat you like your family.

Called to inquire on a price to get my vehicle fixed. The guy laughed and asked if I've been there before. I said no, this will be the first time. (Confused as to what he was laughing about) he continues to laugh at me and says "No, I'm up to my neck and won't be taking new customers." Then was hung up on. Very unprofessional.

Jeff at Jerry's Accurate Auto is a mechanic you can trust. He will tell you up front what you are dealing with and provide an accurate estimate. I was referred to him by a neighbor in my 55 and over Community. Never has anyone said anything bad about his work and his knowledge.

Great place if you need a reliable auto repair shop for your car. Hard to find an auto repair shop that you can feel confident that you wouldn't be taken for unnecessary repairs. Glad we were referred to Jerry's. Quick turn around and Geoff will be upfront if it would take longer for repairs.

Highly recommend for service. I needed the a/c blower on my car repaired and they were able to change it at a reasonable price. I called several other places and they wanted almost triple the price! Very honest and trustworthy. They did a great job and had my car ready the same day.

Called to get info for repairs, got no answer, but their voicemail says they aren't taking new customers. I found that odd, but MULTIPLE reviews over the last five years have mentioned similar. Not sure how you can stay in business for half a decade without taking new customers. Sure, you might be up to your eyeballs in business, but hire some extra guys and extend your hours - I'm trying to give you money! Extra star is cause the good reviews do seem solid - they're what originally brought my attention to this shop for fixing my AC.

Geoff has been my mechanic for about 20 years, honest, hard working and lets me know when something needs to be replaced. I take my family’s cars here as well as my work trucks. I won’t take my vehicles any where else. I’m sorry people don’t understand not taking on new business.
