Rude staff...Unhelpful...Ignore you. There's nothing worse at an auto parts store, than for staff to be scornful because we don't know as much about autos as they do. I come in there for parts and potentially to ask for their insight on car problems. Gruff, short anwers...That don't answer the question...Will just cause me to seek out a store that apparently wants my business. I spend A LOT of money on my fleet of vehicles...If you don't want my business or to be helpful, I'll simply find a place that does.

I don't always shop at Napa but when I do it's because nobody else has the part that I need. They have a lot of interesting items in their stores to AutoZone or O'Reilly's do not carry. Customer service is good prices might be a little expensive though

Staff acts like you interrupted something important when they need to answer questions. The three people I have dealt with do not seem knowledgeable about auto parts. I think Napa has higher quality parts and they are little more money but the customer service is poor. Not friendly.

I needed upper and lower radiator hoses for my 2011 Ford Edge. Napa wanted $216 for both hoses! I went to Ford and got them both for $125 and new hose clamps were included. It's absolutely insane NAPA wanted $91 more than the dealership. Shame on you NAPA.

This is a decent store for basic stuffs. Beware of their website though. I came in for what I thought was going to be a $17 freon charge kit (as shown on the site) which turned out to be discontinued or something and became a $54 charge kit. Not cool.

Ordered parts for my car nearly 2 weeks ago. Was told 4 days max to have parts shipped. 10 days later no parts no call no customer service. Spoke with Dan 3 times. First time he said 4 days. Second time a week later he said he couldn't find my order and would call back. He never called. This company doesn't save a customers order under the custmers name. Lol bad business practice. My last call Dan was rude. Told me 4 more days till the part arrived. Obviously they never ordered the part. Now 5 days later still no part. No call. Nothing. I will never give this place the opportunity to get my business again. They did nothing but waste my time.

I had the worst experience I have ever had at a parts store. I waited it line for 15 minutes in front of 5 other people when it was my turn the guy told me the other Associate had to help me he couldn't help. So I moved over and waited 40 minutes just to have the first guy call me back and take care of what I need in 2 minutes. In all I was in the store for an hour for something that took 2 minutes. I get it life happens but I really felt like they didn't want to help me at all.

I go to this location frequently. There are a few staff members who do their job very well connecting to the customer helping the customer, but there are quite a few employees who you can absolutely tell They don't want to be there. To me it doesn't matter I'm there for parts. I'm not there to be buddy buddy. But there should be some kind of a friendly connection to the customer to keep them coming back.

Needed to get and accelerator fuel pump diaphragm. Had the part and the person behind the counter said get the complete rebuild carb kit it's a few dollars more so bought it. Sure glad I did. It saved me a trip I need a couple other gaskets and both were in the kit. That's for the help and recommendation it sure saved me time and another trip. Also this was on Sunday and yes they were open.

Today was a great day! I went to NAPA AUTO PARTS IN MESA ON MAIN / POWER RD. I was given the Best Service by a young man who helped me with purchasing wiper blades for my vehicle and he installed them. I didn't get his name but the service was first class. I just want to say Thank you to this young man. I remember him having long hair and a wonderful customer service
