Had an appointment for 3 for a basic oil change, the guy at the counter told me should be an hour or so. I asked why so long because Take 5 is 10 minutes, his reply was "we aint take 5" I ask why it takes so long he said we inspect the car. 46 minutes later they started the oil change, when I asked why they said they were doing an alignment, I said I had an appointment for an oil change. Anyway, if you go here expect a LONG TIME for a basic oil change. I paid for a full synthetic oil change but not sure that's what I got because they filled it from an unmarked jug additionally they spilled oil on my engine and down next to it as seen in the pictures. I'm done with you Firestone.

Made my day to find TYLER!!! This morning I called Firestone to find out he no longer worked at that location. Fortunately, he is STILL WITH THE COMPANY, just at another Firestone location even closer to us! He has always helped us with the best specials and coupons! Tyler is very honest and lets us know what we really need. He makes sure that our vehicles are serviced in a timely manner. We will continue to follow him.

Had me purchase a lifetime alignment plan only to tell me I cant use it bcuz my truck has a level kit. Don't sell your customers something you cant guarantee. Also paid $300 to have them fix my AC so it will blow cold. Was told it was fixed and it wasn't. Turns out it was a fan clutch and i replaced my self. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here. They have screwed me over with about $600.00 worth of work just to leave dirty, greasy hand and body prints all over a $60,000.00 truck. This is the only bad review ive ever given. Hopefully this helps someone save lots of time and money.

The reason for my high score is the gentleman who assisted me, who was also working the front counter, in my opinion, had excellent customer service. I visited the Firestone center in Mesa, Arizona off of Greenfield Avenue on Sunday, September 21. He was courteous and took his time to explain your credit card option and other options that pertain to the repair of my tire. My visit lasted a total of approximately 20 to 30 minutes and I left completely satisfied While I was there. I was in the lounge and I had an opportunity to listen to him greet people on the phone and customers who walked in — everyone was treated with the same courteous service that I received. I think he deserves a promotion.

Big thanks to Junior, Tyler and the techs for helping with a battery replacement and oil change on a Sunday, in a pinch. Most places were closer, so I decided to give these guys a try given the fact that it’s Sunday and didn’t want to start the workweek with battery issues. Had an emergency when my tire blew out, but thankfully, good ol buddy Casey went above and beyond to help me out throughout the whole situation. My new tires are absolutely solid smooth like butter. Even after everything was done, I also called back for help with an online issue, and Casey took the time to assist me again. 5 stars for sure! Definitely a trusted shop if you need anything. Everyone there is friendly, and they work pretty quickly too.

I have never done this nor plan to ever again, but for others, beware: I took my van in for the first time in late November for an oil change as my mechanic moved. Front desk guy, awesome, the only reason I stayed after given a quote of $250 for an oil change! Oh well, maybe my mechanic was just not up to date on pricing. Fast forward 2 weeks, my dad tells me, engine doesn’t sound good, Check and see if they put enough of oil in. I did not. 2 weeks more, my son drives my van and I see oil leakage on my driveway where only I park. Phone call to Firestone, irritated girl on the line because I am requesting they check my oil leak for free as they were the last hands on. Take van in for the resistant, free check. Young man, sealants are leaking, $1500 to fix! Took to another mechanic, “oil is over filled. That can cause sealant damage, and engine damage if ran too long in this condition.” My heart, wrung out. All I wanted was an oil change. Thanks for the damaged engine Firestone.

Went to go get my tires aired up. Also needed a check on when I needed to replace my tires. They were very honest about what the wear and tear was and even pointed out that there was uneven wear and tear on my front two tires suggesting an alignment. They went over prices with me, which were very honest and Even told me that in a couple of weeks that better deals will be available for the tires and I could wait. I always appreciate this Firestone as they have my best interest and they always give me the best prices. Staff always gives the best white glove service when it comes to customer service.
