Took my car in for an insurance repair. Before the repair my satellite navigation and USB charging ports in my center column worked perfectly fine. When they returned the car to me these items no longer work. Gerber tried to get my insurance to pay to fix, and claim that aftermarket parts and wires are why they can't fix something they broke. Aftermarket parts I did not know were in the vehicle. They have narrowed the issue down to wiring, but again, won't fix the car to the state it was in before they worked on it.

We have been fortunate enough to have discovered this place so close to home. We have brought our car in 3 times now, and have been treated with respect each time, our car always looks wonderful and everyone is especially nice. Ruth is just a great person to talk with and explains things we don't understand. Quality, Care and great Customer service. From the moment I entered, I knew it was going to be a great experience. Ruth the Office Manager or at least should be, greeted me. explained the process and introduced me to Christian. This technician took the time to explain the How, the Who, When , Where and made sure I had a full time table of the repair before I left my vehicle. Ruth had a driver take me to get a great discounted rental car. Christian sent me texts to keep me completely updated as to how the repairs where going. my car came back cleaner than it probably ever been, the paint came back better than new from the dealer. That's right better than the Dealer. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. A true one stop repair shop. Thanks to all the folks at Gerber.

John looked after me. I was afraid the adjuster would total my car. It's a '98 Toyota Camry I bought new. I have taken excellent care of it. Just put $3K into it. It has 107k miles. Every mechanic that has worked on it tells me not to get rid of it. In 25 years other than regular maintenance, repairs have cost $7K. Besides being a great car, I couldn't buy another one. It was close but John made it work. John had already gone above what you get today, he delivered my car to my home! We've been to this location several times over the last few years and they have been so great with us. I was involved in a pretty scary car accident this month and they have just been great helping me deal with getting my car fixed. Ruth is a bull dog and will fight for you! John has been great with keeping in touch with me and being honest with me about my car. I feel much better knowing that they care not just about the cars they fix but about us as people. I won't go to another body shop again. They have my trust for life!

I was recently hit and my insurance company selected Gerber Collision to fix my car. This is the worst car repair I've ever had. My headlights don't match, the front end of my car where I was hit vibrates, the engine vibrates at idle in "drive", & my steering wheel shakes at high speeds now. I've learned that the tire I had on that wheel was at less than half the tread of my other 3 tires. Uneven wear happens, but not like that. Even with the quarter panel dented in my car not only sounded better, it ran better when I dropped it off. 0 stars, do not recommend. Extremely unsatisfied customers.

I had a little 'oops' with my new truck and wiped out the driver's side mirror. I tried to call the dealer, but they didn't call back. I went online and they were two weeks out JUST for an estimate. I called Gerber and they answered right away. YAY! A shop that answers their phone. Because it was a safety issue, they got me in right away. The part had to be ordered from out-of-state and they still got me back in the next day. The service was EXCELLENT!! The price was much less than expected and I am a happy happy camper. I already have an appointment scheduled for a client's car in April. Gerber will be at the top of my list for any issues going forward - for me and for my clients. THANK YOU!!!!

They were a preferred mechanic with my insurance so I sent my car here after I was in an accident. Very little communication while my car was there. I received my car back after a few weeks and immediately knew it wasn’t right. The steering was completely off and the lane assistant would work. The car would immediately pull to one side and the steering wheel was put back on properly. So I called John came and test drove it and confirmed everything that I told him. So I drop it back off he claims I will get it back the next day as it is an easy fix. He claimed it was a bad tire, even though the dealership as well as discount tire had just inspected my tires and said they were fine as there is less than 20,000 miles on them. It took them 5 days to replace the tire. He was so condescending about the steering wheel as well. So I finally get my car back and they left my car with less than a gallon of gas, I dropped it off with under half a tank of gas. I had 2 miles left until I would be pushing my car out of their parking lot. The only decent person was the front desk women.

Highly would NOT recommend this Company! Very unprofessional & VERY unreliable! This Company has been nothing but hassle to deal with. I’ve brought my car in 4 different times for the Same incident in the last 3 months. I definitely got charged an arm & leg for half Ass work to be done. Terrible company. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with these clowns. Last time they put huge scratches all over my van hood by placing their tool bags on it. The door they “fixed” wouldn’t even open or unlock. It took them weeks to figure that out, and that’s after they had my van for over 2 months….and it never got fixed. I had to trade the van in. This time they have my 2006 scion Xb with over 240,000 miles on it. So far it’s taken them over 5 weeks to figure out if it should be totaled. Really? How hard is that to figure out? I’ve called down there several times and am told the manager is “working on it”. They always tell me they’ll call me back, but never do. So terrible communication needless to say. Very frustrating place to deal with and I would not recommend them to anyone. Note: these 2 experiences were at 2 different locations too. So it doesn’t seem to matter which one you go to. It’s a business ethics issue I guess.

This place has amazing customer service. Christian was great. He thoroughly explained the whole process and answered all of my questions. The receptionist was so sweet and helpful. They assisted with getting me a rental car while my car was being repaired and I was able to return the rental to Gerber when my car was fixed.

I stopped by the shop and made a appointment for a quote on a repair. I waited a about a week and showed up for the 2:30 pm appointment on 2-24-22 I was seen until 2:45pm the shop was clean and everything looked perfect. Very professional and detailed. By all means I recommend this shop. Once I was met the individual doing the bid on the damaged was fast and very helpful. I still Give 5 stars. Work on appointment time being met because if a customer is willing to wait a week for an estimate in today's instant society they expect promptness on that time set. Thanks 🙏.
