I have never seen a better dealership, regardless of make. CardinaleWay Mazdas Service department is absolutely top notch. I worked mainly with Aaron Acre, Service Advisor. Aaron is extremely professional but also has a fantastic customer service personality. I have never been treated so well. I could write paragraphs about Aaron, but surfice that he is good. I had bought a fantastic 2009 Mazda NC Miata (2 pictures), from a private party, and brought it in to have it inspected. CardinaleWays inspection was not only through, but was video recored by the technician.( who does that? ) He commented on vital parts of the car, both in the engine, and underneath the car while on the rack. All the while filming as he was talking. Unbelievable. Rich Kaufman, Service Manager also greeted me and got involved with the process ( what Mgr does that?) And, when I picked up my car, he made sure everything went as I expected. My wife, being handicapped, could not pick me up. So Aaron got me a fantastic loner car. They even certified my milage on my Miata as I had been taken advantage of by the Arizona MVD . I could go on and on how I was treated at the MVD. However, CardinaleWays made me feel like I was special. Amazing group. Aaron made sure I got all available discounts on the services I had done Also, while I waited for some of the work to be done, I met Mike Way in sales. Nice low pressure salesman with a good personality. I told him I was having my vehicle serviced and that I really liked my OLD Miata. Although I am not in the market for a new car, I let him take me out in a 2025 somewhat loacded,Mazda CX3. About the size of our VW Tiguan, but much nicer. It may be our next car, Thanks to Milke for the demo. Now, I dislike big dealerships, car or motorcycle. Questions, pushy, no feeling of friendliness. But, CardinaleWays Mazda is not that dealership. They know how to treat a customer.Therefore, I may continue my service here and will strongly consider Mike as my go to person, when I'm ready to buy Thank you CardinaleWays Mazda for a very pleasant experience .

This was such a fantastic buying experience! Salesman, Matt, and staff were so caring and really went above and beyond in working with us. The level of trust and integrity was the best I have experienced yet, when buying a car. We had specific wants and they respected our wishes and went above and beyond to make it happen. I went down to CardinaleWay Mazda in Mesa to look at some of the CX-50 and was met by thier sales Rep Darlene Ledbetter. I explained to her everything going on and why I was looking at the CX-50 and she agreed that was right for me. Showed me some of the models and I found the perfect one there. She worked with me every step of the way and was very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend CardinaleWay Mazda in Mesa near Superstition Mall. Do yourself a favor and ask for Darlene 👍

I had been shopping for a new/used car for several months and this is the first dealership that wasn’t super pushy. Overall, my experience was pleasant and Riley was laid back and sweet. THe finance manager Nicole was professional and informative and I appreciated our conversation. After I returned home with my car I found a dent on the hood that would not have been noticed unless you ran your hand on it. I called the dealership and Sergio was extremely accommodating and is making arrangements to have it repaired . I feel I paid a fair price for the vehicle and I’m even more grateful for the service I have received thus far.

Unfortunately I had probably the worst customer experience at this place of business and it was very disappointing because our sales guy was fantastic to us and really did a great job.. however his sales manager Eric costed him the deal. I went in to buy a 2015 GMC Canyon, the price was great and I wasn't going to ask for a price reduction or anything, and like I said I was willing to get this vehicle just based on how great our sales guy made us feel. The first day I went in, I was looking to trade in a vehicle, and they gave us a cost sheet (attached so you can see #'s) I didn't have the vehicle on hand so I gave it some thought and decided the next day I would put cash as a down payment. This is where it went all downhill, I noticed on their website that that there was an OPTIONAL package (listed on the cost sheet as financed aftermarket) so I told the sales guy, if it's optional I don't want it and I'll do the deal. He immediately went to the manager Eric and Eric seemed to be upset by this finding, maybe Eric was the one who put it on the website. You could hear him huffing and puffing and he walked past me 3 or 4 times to talk to the General Manager. By the way Eric did not greet me, no hello , no how are you, even though he knew me from the previous day. When he sat down at the desk, he was immediately on the offense, and trying to justify why it was on the website, going on about how they already put nitro in the tires, they already put on the "premium uv protection" etc. I told him I simply just didn't want it because it was an OPTIONAL add on, and if it wasn't optional then it should reflect in the price if they already put those OPTIONS on. As I'm going through the cost sheets, I then noticed that from the previous day when I went to trade in my car, The taxes were lower, but the day I went in to put cash as a down payment the taxes were higher. And this is where Eric costed his sales guy the deal over a simple question. I simply asked why are my taxes higher today than they were from the previous day? He explained to me in a very annoyed tone and made me feel like I was idiot for not knowing that: when you go to trade in a car, the state taxes you less than if you were going to put a down payment, and that I shouldn't be so UNREASONABLE since it was only a couple hundred bucks. He then went to say that I've been sitting here for 10 minutes going back and forth COMPLAI - ... he stopped himself from finishing the word and apologized stating over and over he "had a bad day and sometimes he gets turned around" Needless to say, I immediately stood up thanked the sales guy for his time. Eric then started to get more hostile throwing the pen on the desk saying what we could do to make a deal. After being disrespected like that there was no way I was buying that truck especially with him involved in the transaction. Overall very disappointing experience and pretty bummed I wasn't able to get the truck.

The entire team, from Cameron and Sergio in sales to Craig in finance was very easy to work with. First, the car itself was very clean in terms of ownership history and how it looked at the dealer. We were impressed with the test drive, and Cameron was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in purchasing. Negotiations took a bit of time remotely, and after we agreed on a price, the process took an hour at the dealership. Cameron personally followed up with me to teach me features of my new car and helped schedule service on a couple of items that needed attention. When I was there for service, he made sure the fix was good and even filled my tank with gas for the inconvenience! Hands down I would go back to Cardinaleway Mazda!

Me & my hubby have been to CardinaleWay in Mesa multiple times now! Hes on his 3rd car from there, his sister has gotten 2, and i just recently traded in my 09 dodge charger for a 24' Mazda cx-30. We've always had a great experience with the salesmen there but Brandon Peoples, for this last purchase, was the bessst! Im not the type of person that likes dealing with pushy sales people, which i know alot cant stand that, but he was by far the opposite. Of course he had to offer services etc, but instead of saying "here check out this car, no? well here come look at this one", he just walked around the lot with us until one popped out to me. I can be picky at sometimes and he definitely made me feel like thats okay! 😅 They also always work with us on the deal to get us the loan we can say yes to. For sure recommend this dealership and especially Brandon! thanks yallll for helping us out yet again!!
