I needed the tire sensors reset on A work van. The other chain store said they were real busy, could I come back later. This Firestone store did not hesitate to solve my problem.

Brought my truck in to get an alignment done and after the alignment my tires are leaning towards the frame. They informed me I need new chamber bolts and I knew I did but another Firestone before them had no problem doing my alignment perfect with the chamber bolt that needed to be replaced but they seem they can’t do their job. Now my tires are more messed up cuz they wouldn’t squeeze me in later to fix what they messed up.

Whoever worked on my mom's vehicle failed to properly tighten the tire on her vehicle. This was extremely careless and could have caused a serious accident. Thankfully, she made it safely to her workplace parking lot, but it was very dangerous and now she has to spend extra money to fix their mistake. Won't come here ever again!

Great shop with some very helpful young men working here. In particular, Will went above and beyond to get my vehicle running again and Brian was very kind and helpful. Thank you Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Overall my customer service experience was pretty decent, my main issue is that I came in for an alignment (I paid for a lifetime alignment) my steering wheel was turned slightly to the left, and I also had a complaint of a clunk going over bumps. I just had my front shocks, axels, and control arms replaced. They couldn’t figure out where my clunk was coming from and I lived with it for another week, also my steering wheel is now turned to the right, I took my car into another shop and within less than 2 minutes they found that my upper sway bar end-link nut was on only finger tight, considering Firestone supposedly checked everything and confirmed that with me and claimed to have been unable to find the clunk this was a pretty shocking and potentially dangerous discovery. If that came off it could have caused a massive and very expensive amount of damage. We tightened up that nut with a little thread lock to keep it from potentially coming loose again but now I’m a little nervous to bring my car back again as I feel like the service I was told I received was not what I actually received. Picture of the tie rod end link nut for reference.

I came to Firestone late in the day needing a new battery. The store was under staffed that day, and they still took the time to jump on it and got it done within an hour. Excellent customer service! Will definitely continue bring my cars here!

Took 3.5 hours longer than promised to get a new set of tires. The claim was the tires were new so they are more rubbery and difficult to mount and the technician had been working on just that for 3 hours, but was on the last one. I dropped the vehicle off at 11:00 and finally picked it up at 4:00. Not to mention I called an hour before my 11:00 appointment to make sure they had tires for my vehicle. They "had plenty of that size in stock". After I got there I realized I needed 4 new tires as opposed to 2. Of course they only had 4 of the more expensive tires in stock. I was also told that an alignment check was part of the service, but when I asked for the report they said they did not do that since I "was all in a hurry to get my car back". AGAIN, 3.5 hours after promised. I thought I was clear when I called earlier that I did in fact want all included services completed. As an added insult they look terrible. Clearly they did not even bother to wipe them down of any residue that materialized while mounting. Guess I am on the hunt for a new tire place. Too bad really as my last experience here, while it has been a while, was pretty great and I thought I had found my place.

Bad terrible customer service!I had a nail in my tire. The attendant at the counter said they couldn’t do it today because they only had two guys working. He said there was another Firestone down the street at 930 east baseline. I asked if the one at Firestone there could change it. He said he didn’t know. Didn’t even at to call! Obviously he was doing anything just standing there on his iPad. Come to find out there was one closer on Guadalupe! Now I’m stuck on the Firestone on baseline 3 hours to wait for a tire because this one is super busy!

The gentlemen working at the counter are always very kind and helpful. They know I am in my 90s and they are so very nice to help me with my tires. Thank you for fixing my tire for free 2 days before Christmas. That was a great gift.

Update: after months of calling and emailing someone finally got back to me initially offering a free oil change. I declined and requested half of my money back they agreed. Im satisfied. I did not enjoy my experience at all. The front desk guy treated me like I was stupid for asking him to review what was done on my vehicle with me. He didn't offer me a copy of my paperwork. I had to ask and he just ripped a page out of the store copy and handed it to me. I went in for an alignment and apparently only one of my wheels was off in alignment, slightly off. Honestly the car didn't feel any different after the alignment. In addition to that, they left all of my tire pressure at 30 .It's supposed to be between 36 and 28. Now all of a sudden, my tire pressure indicator is off. I asked the man at the front desk about my tire pressure and he said, oh yeah, i'm sure they filled your tires. They clearly did not. I've been to firestone many times over the last few years. They're one of my favorite facilities. But this location is not. I have been waiting over a week to hear from corporate. I disappointed to say the least!

I brought my car in for routine service and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. The service was quick and fairly priced. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

I had an appointment. I arrived a little early. It took 42 minutes before they even took my car into a bay. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get my car back. I had a coupon for $30 for a complete oil change. I paid $45. That includes one extra quart of oil which I knew would be extra. But the bill was outrageous. I do not intend to go back there again. I asked my son where he goes and he told me another place that I will be going in the future. I had booked an appointment online for 3 o’clock and never got a response confirming the appointment. So I called the next day and they asked me to move up to 1 o’clock, which I did. And I still Received what I feel is inferior service.

I’ve had an negative experience here, these past few months I had issues with my vehicles battery and fuel pump I feel like these guys are trying to pull a bait & switch to make me pay more, I wanted an second opinion so I took my vehicle to Autozone cause they offer free diagnostics. Firestone wanted 110$ the kind gentleman at autozone (Darwin) figured out what was wrong with my vehicle, I told him my situation and he called Firestone, finally the guys at Firestone had nothing to say replaced my fuel pump for free under warranty. I feel like the men that work here are tricking people that don’t know much about vehicles out of paying more for a problem that doesn’t exist. 9 days ago I had my battery replaced here which I’m starting to think they didn’t. Don’t waste your money here have someone who you trust look at your vehicle these guys will try to scam you out of money. Customer(s) be careful and read the reviews

I went to Firestone because I wanted to have them check the air in my tires. They offered me to do a $10 inspection and rotation so I decided since I was going to get my tires checked anyways, to go ahead and take advantage of that "deal". I set an appointment and when I got there I waited in line. I was able to get in about 15 minutes later then the scheduled time. I waited an hour and 45 minutes for them to finish When I went to pick up my car and got home, my dashboard immediately told me that all my tires were exactly the same as when I took it up there. When I called up there, the person who answered told me it's normal for them to be about 10% off even though I had just left there. I told him the numbers and it was more than 10% off. Then they said the tech must have "forgot" to check the air in my tires, however they rotated them, and they definitely took my money. I appreciate that they did the rotation for $10, but I had specifically asked for my tires to be checked. I went in prior to scheduling and had a detailed conversation with the young lady at the counter explaining exactly what it was that I wanted and why I wanted that. Unbelievable. I went in there to get my tires checked and I walked out paying $10 and not having my tires checked. I can only imagine how many other times they do this to people. I will definitely not be returning. Fortunately, it only cost me $10 to find out they did not do what I initially asked. I had set up all my information with them earlier because I planned on that being my new tire place. My car is brand new, and once my tire warranty wore off I planned on going to purchase all four tires from there. I will not be doing this now. Once you leave there, be sure to check their work. I guarantee I'm not the first one and I won't be the last.

I like the fact that they listen to me and did what needed to be done and they did not pressure me into fixing everything that was wrong with my car. I did not like that. Everything is electronical. I just moved here from Ohio so I would like the physical copy of my receipt and everything, but I can go to the library. The staff was awesome. Kept me updated on everything.Step-by-step, definitely not like Ohio, where they pressure. You into getting everything and then some done

Brian the manager was excellent. He was so helpful and explained everything that needed to be done when I brought the vehicle in on a tow truck, last minute and on a Saturday. You can't ask for better service than that. I recommend anyone that needs to have their vehicle serviced go to Firestone on Guadalupe and Alma School Rd in Mesa. They are awesome!

Scheduled an appointment online. Which was nice and convenient. Was welcomed in and let them know I had a screw in my tire. They fixed it within an hour and I was on my way. The cost to fix it? Lucky me free, it was in the middle of the tire and easy. I’ve gone to Firestone for other things before and have brought my other vehicles there for stuff. Looks like I’ll continue to do so. Fast, friendly and affordable.
