I recently took my car to their new location in Gilbert for the front brakes replacement and brake fluid flush. The service was awesome and quick. I notice the new front brakes are working great. New location is closed to my office so it is very convenient for me. = = = Import Auto Experts gave me a very reasonable and fair price for my Acura MDX's maintenance service. I got quotes from other shops and they cost $100 more than what Ricardo quoted me. Jeannie was super nice and courteous with scheduling me an appointment. My car had the engine, transmission, transfer case fluid change, and tire rotation. I didn't have to wait for a long time and it was completed in about an hour. I really appreciated the fast and top notch service they provided. Also the shop is very clean and organized. I will definitely come back here to have my car service again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Brought a car in for a second opinion and they went above and beyond trying to find the issue. It turned out to be a part that would be warrantied and they let me know. I have no doubt they could have charged me a whole lot more and I feel the diagnosis work they DID do was worth more than they charged. The honesty and attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend

TOP-NOTCH mechanic! We have been taking our 5 vehicles to Import Auto Experts for at least 5 years. The service we receive is always amazing. They're super knowledgeable, professional and have the best prices in town. We have referred at least 20 people to this shop and every single person we have sent their way was very happy with the service they received. We almost always get our cars back the same day that we drop them off. Office staff is friendly and professional. The waiting room is spotless. Ricardo, the owner is GREAT! This is the absolute best place for car repair. We have used them several times even though it’s almost 30-40 miles to drive there…it is WORTH the drive! They are so honest and knowledgeable; no job is too daunting. We took an older car to them to determine its raid worthiness to give our daughter for college, in Wisconsin! They suggested a few significant repairs including motor mounts and a/c repair. When they finished the bill was - I’m being completely honest - about half of the other two estimates we received. The car made it to Wisconsin and she drove it for three years. Most recently we were told by a pretty trustworthy repair shop that it needed a catalytic converter, for almost $2,000. Ric and Dave looked at it and could t see why that needed to be done. They even took it through emissions for us! It passed and their fee was one third of what it should have been in my opinion. For anyone that is looking for an outstanding car repair shop no matter how close or far from you…I cannot stress how happy we are with them. If you live close to them and need your car fixed, you are very lucky…take your car here and don’t look back!

Import auto has always been super dependable and honest with his work. When the Subaru dealer wanted $9,000 for short block swap, while the engine was already out for valve spring recall work, import auto came back with a much better quote which included re-taking the engine out post dealer recall and replacing the short block then reinstalling the engine. WOW. Car came back and has been running great ever since. When my mini cooper “factory sealed”, “no maintenance” transmission failed into limp mode due to a single bad solenoid. Everyone else wanted to either replace the valve body $2900, or the whole transmission $10,000, when It just needed solenoids $220. I ordered them from Amazon. He installed them and now I’m back on the road again. Thanks import auto!!!! My goto for repairs. I’ve recommended Import auto to all my friends.

This was my first time using Import Auto Experts, and I'm very impressed!! I have an old Lexus that needed a starter motor. Since it is only 2 days before Christmas, I figured I would have to use Uber for a week. I called and they texted me a quote, ordered the part , and had it done the next morning! Plus it was an awesome price and when I picked up my car, it was clean!!! What!? I remember the days when that was standard but it's been a long time since I've seen that, I love it! He is far more reasonable than the dealerships and the work is excellent. After many years of unethical shops in my experience, I feel fortunate to know him.
