This is a great shop and in my opinion reasonably priced. I needed an oil change and they were able set an appointment for me the same day. We had to wait a little longer then planned for the correct filter to be delivered so they immediately offered a bit of a discount for the delay. Good customer service indeed!

Mechanic was a jerk to me for no reason. I brought my car in for an inspection because I’ve been hearing a few sounds out of the ordinary. I first showed the mechanic what I was hearing with my brake pedal in the parking lot and he condescendingly tried to tell me “there’s no sound, that’s just your ac fan.” I knew he didn’t hear it so I showed him again. Then he understood and said “you need to replace your rear brakes, you don’t need an inspection for that.” I told him I had more concerns and still wanted an inspection. He rolled his eyes at me and with a disgusted attitude took my keys. While he had my car up in the lift, I had remembered another issue I had been experiencing with the struts of my front axels that I wanted him to take a look at, so I walked up to him and very politely told him him about it and asked if he could also check it out… he looked at me and then completely ignored me and went back to what he was doing. I stood there waiting for answer because I know he heard me… Nothing. So I asked him, “Sorry I know you’re busy, but is that a yes or a no?” He kept his back towards me and quietly said, “ok.” After these two interactions, I already decided in my mind that there’s no way in hell I’m trusting this jerk to fix my car, which is really unfortunate; the front desk manager was super friendly and kind to me. Lastly, the quote they gave me was outrageously expensive! $3,500!!!!!! And the waiting room reeked of cigarette smoke. HARD PASS on this place.

UPDATE 9/6: Meineke's negligence for a simple oil change resulted in $8,000 of damage to the engine. EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS. 7/30: DO NOT GO HERE. went in for a simple oil change. Less than 10 hrs later I’m getting towed on the freeway at 10PM because my red low oil light went on the dash. My entire car had been drained of oil because they failed to properly install the oil filter. (It was down pouring all day so I didn’t notice any oil leaking). I’m working with another mechanic now to determine the engine damage to car which is estimated $25k + to repair. It’s an absolute nightmare. Again I urge you: NEVER GO HERE!!!!!

Worst shop iv ever been to! Don’t recommend going here for anything. The manager Mike is extremely rude and one of the biggest liars iv ever ran into. We brought our car here to have the evap core for the ac replaced. We were charged over 2 thousand dollars for parts and labor the ac blew cold for a day then started blowing hot again. I took the car to a different location for a second opinion turns out the work they said the did had never been done ! They put ac stop leak in the system and refilled with refrigerant which in turn ruined the compressor and condenser. Mike the lying manager said he had no knowledge of the repairs but fired the tech that worked on our car …. I wouldn’t even trust these guys to put air in my tires!

The guys at the store were great!! They communicated everything about my vehicle that they were doing! They even told me they were unable to rotate my tires because they needed a special lug nut to unlock/remove my rims and tires!! I had no idea that I needed a special lug nut!! Immediately, after my visit with Meineke, I headed to were I bought my tires and they gave me the lug nut needed! And they rotated my tires. Meineke was absolutely great! Great prices! Great service! Was this the cleanest and best smelling auto shop I’ve ever been in? No. But did I get an oil change for less than $20 in half an hour? You bet. This was totally worth it. I got a coupon in the mail for an oil change and this was absolutely the best deal. Employees were kind and service was quick. They didn’t try to upsell me and I felt that my service was appreciated.

The incompetence of this shop is unreal. I went in for a brake pad and rotor job. And they were removing my axle stripped out the bolts, and then tell me they're going to charge me six hundred dollars to fix it. So I left went somewhere else to get it looked over and they damaged my wheel bearings stay away from this store

Made an appointment online for an oil change on Saturday. Saturday is the only day I have available to get my oil changed. They let me know 2 days before my appointment that apparently no one works on Saturday! Might as well just be closed then!!!! My car was already overdue because I couldn't get my car in last weekend anywhere. So I had to push it another week. And now because they decided to wait so long to let me know I'll probably have to be waiting hours some place because there's nothing available now. I even tried calling them but of course 5 minutes of ringing and no answer. Awful customer service

Got there early. Receptionist was very nice. 15 min past my appointment and car hadn't moved. Asked her and she then tells me that me mechanic had flat tire and other mechanic going to get him, no eta. When finished got in my car and noticed radio changed from FM to satellite station. I don't listen to satellite radio. Not good first impression.
